Budget Blinds of Lake Oswego

The Blinds were installed by a kid that did not know how to install properly. The bottom dragged on the floor. The top portion is moved way to far out from the window and is not strait. Initially Dahlstrom said he would be out in a week after he measured to install them. He did not show up. After two weeks we called and left several messages with his answering service he did not return any of them. After several calls again he finally called back and said he was sorry but the parts he had to order would not be here until Monday. He sent a kid out that Monday of whom installed them incorrectly. I called him again after the installation and he said he would come out and put them in correctly on a Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with no contact form Mr. Dahlstorm. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. The blinds are for my elderly parents of whom may be taking addvantage of. This is why I am stepped in after they were ordered. This entire fiasco has put allot of uneeded stress on my parents and now my self. My Parents paid him half the cost of the blinds at time of measuring. At this point when, or if he ever calls back we are going to ask for our $ back and him to come and pick up his blinds

By far this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First and most important is their lack of communication, this is incredible. They rarely answer their phone and their answering service has much to be desiered. Okay other than horrible communication, my shades were not delivered on time. I found out weeks later the fabric was on backorder. Not once did they make any effort to inform me of the delay. Finally and weeks overdue, my shades were delivered and installed and I immediately noticed one of them was not as ordered. They told me that because of the slight cut out on the bottom of that one I could not get top down. However that is what I ordered and paid for and was Never informed of such. Then they told me that maybe it could be retrofited. So a few weeks later they picked up the shade for repair and reinstall a few days later. Guess what, they did not show peas expected! Now I am really upset and call them only to find out the wrong part had been delivered but they did not bother to call me again! So they rescheduled. Incredibly and Again they did Not show up at that rescheduled appointment because it wasn't finished. I also had two other honeycomb shades that were being cut down to size by them and I was told it was around $35 per shade. Well finally yesterday all three shades were delivered and I was charged $150 for the two shades that were cut down not the $70 I was expecting. What a rip off. Please be aware of this company and their complete lack of customer service. Do not dare complain to them because they will do everything they can to make you miserable and intentionally hold up your order.

They brought samples. They were efficient. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Everything worked out fine.
