This is my second time using Anne, we hired her to sell our home. She helped guid us on all the things to do to get top dollar. She had great vendors and resources. We hit the market and had a solid response and got well over our list price. Anne was the ultimate professional all the way thru. Would highly recommend Anne Stewart.

When we met with Anne we were impressed with her knowledge of the current market in our area. She was very helpful in suggesting what we should do to get ready to sell and for helping us pick the right price. Anne is extremely responsive and has great communication skills. Her guidance and advice made the process easy. As a bonus, while she was always in contact, she has a great team to help as well. I highly recommend Anne if you are selling or buying.

I followed Anne's monthly real estate market reports for a few years before selling our home. Her reports are very informative and prove that she is a realtor that understands the market. When time came to sell it was a no brainer that she was going to be the realtor we chose. When we met with her in person she came with her "A" game. She had a very detailed presentation proving that she definitely did a lot of research in and around our community. Very well - Anne was a consumate professional in all aspects of our home sale. Her marketing plan was top notch - we had a lot of showings and sold our house in 16 days. We had multiple offers, and Anne was wise enough to set up one of the offers as a backup, so when the initial offer fell through, the backup was in the wings and ready to go forward. Anne was on top of all the many details involved in a home sale, and even picked up our mail for us when we forgot to on moving day!

Sold and closed on our home in about 60 days. We lived in the home for almost 30 years so were not too familiar with everything that goes into selling a home. Anne was super attentive to our concerns and addressed them thoroughly. Her years of expeirence in the Portland area market were invaluable. Fantastic! I highly recommend Anne Stewart and her team. If you want a true professional, she is the one. We interviewed five different realtors and found that Anne was exponentially better than the others. She is also a certified Dave Ramsay ELP. She is confident, sharp dressed, and appeared that she would be a good negotiator, which she was. Her and her team's responsiveness was top notch. They kept an eye on navigating the process while I was busy organizing the house. They kept me informed and gave me gentle reminders of things to do or sign along the way. From the Radon test, to the Home Inspection, to the Sewer Scope, to the Preliminary Title Report, to Communicating with the other Realtor, Anne kept me on track. Their marketing efforts were outstanding as well. She has one staff member devoted to social media. Every two weeks she emailed and explained the reports analyzing the response. I was interviewing contractors and directing people while my husband took multiple business trips. Anne helped me maintain a positive attitude through the whole process. In the end, we had success and are now so happy that we made the move while we are still young. Thanks to Anne and her team, we succeeded in selling our home where we raised our children then to transfer to a home that the HOA maintains for us.
