Description of Work: We had the house and shop sprayed for box elder beetles. We have had a couple show up since then but not enough to call them back for a second spraying. They were very informative about explaining about the beetles.

Description of Work: We've had ant problems in the kitchen for years. Every year at the beginning and end of the summer. We had them on hot days during the summer as well. It's been 5 months since the job was done and we haven't seen an ant since. I put off writing this report until I was sure that the ant problem was solved and I am very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: I called Joe on short notice because we are remodeling and could see carpenter ant damage from the past. I wanted to treat the studs which were temporarily exposed. Joe and his son came out, treated the appropriate areas in and around the house, including a stump they spotted as a real haven for ants. They also baited around the house for mice and rats. Although they don't do rodent prevention, they identified for me where they could see an access point, put in some steel wool and told me what to do if the steel wool got moved. Joe was easy to talk to and I learned that when we re-do our roof that would be an ideal time to get him out to treat those beams. I'll be sure to do that.

Description of Work: Sprayed for ants and spiders on my house perimeter and inside the garage.
