+ -1 moreGreat. This was a sensitive job, as the driveway had fir trees on either side, limiting the digging (roots) and the dumping (branches). Richard coordinated this with the dump truck drivers to avoid damaging the tree limbs. Thanks!
Description of Work: Excavate existing gravel driveway, spread around gravel evenly. Cut trenches in driveway at right angles for drain pipes, contract with 3rd party to deliver 4 dump truck loads of gravel and level the gravel on driveway. Slope driveway away from house/yard, for proper drainage.

Description of Work: Tear out bathroom sheetrock, old studs, concrete shower floor, old floor tiles. Repair shower plumbing lines. Replace toilet, vanity mirror and sink. Add ceiling light. Add ceiling light & fan in shower. Add grounded electrical outlet. Update wall switches for light/fan. Sheet rock in shower area, and add tile backerboard. Float/tape, spray sheetrock. Paint walls in in bathroom. Add tile to shower walls and floor. Fix shower drain. Add tile to bathroom floors. Install shower faucet.

While Richard was doing the main work requested, a contractor working behind our house in the next property, hit an underground water pipe that was coming from our house that we didn't know about. The land had been subdivided 6 years ago. The water was gushing out, and so we had to turn off the water to our house. The city crew said it was between us and the developer. The developer wouldn't provide their own crew to cut the line and cap it at the property line. Richard simply had the line dug up, and capped it off. Perfect timing!
Description of Work: Replace & update electrical panel & run conduit and install new grounded outlet in garage. Drill through cinder block exterior wall and install clothes dryer outlet. Repair/replace large hole in wall - with sheet rock. Dig up and cap in-ground 50-year-old water pipe.

Description of Work: They replaced a rafter on the patio cover, patched wall in the laundry room, adjusted hardware on the laundry room door, sanded the top of master bath door for proper closure, installed new shower doors, installed a new smoke detector, and installed down pipe for waterheater p/t valve.
