Glen arrived over thirty minutes late; i feel professionalism and punctuality extremely important ...he stepped in my doorway said 'Adair Home'..i said yes....then he said he always has a 1 hour window in his appointments ...i said i was not told that, i was told 1:30....he said 'I dont want this job' and he left

Description of Work: We had just purchased a condo at Sunriver and needed new carpet. Because we live out of town, we had to work over the phone. I was one tough customer and the owner of Floors and more, Glen, was MORE than professional and reasonable with me. He matched the big box stores in terms of price because I think it is important to purchase local. He came out and did an estimate and measurements at no extra charge, unlike the big box stores. His store had plenty of choice of carpet in my price range. He caught one potential problem that no one else caught regarding installing carpet and being able to close my closet doors. Installation was professional and timely. Glen and his staff were all very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend them.
