I wanted the work done as late in the season as possible. He kept his promise to follow up with a phone call to schedule later and when we scheduled a day and time was right on time. I will use him again next year for the winter blow out or if I need any sprinkler work done. :)

Excellent, friendly service. He was booked with other appointments but made time to come to my house in between since I was home all day. He identified the problem and had everything fixed in under an hour. I was shocked by how inexpensive the fix was (I had a crushed pipe and faulty valves). He charged 1/4th of what other's quoted me. The work was excellent. He also took the time to tell me (and let me write dow) how I could do many things (like replacing valves in the main box) on my own so I wouldn't need another service call.

Mr. Gray was fast and efficient. I only have two zones so it was done in less than 15 minutes. He also explained a few things about my sprinkler system. He also prefers that I call him to activate my system due to individual variances in when you start your sprinkler. I would recommend his services.

Very pleased with Gray's Sprinklers! We had installed a new patio and needed to reroute some of the existing sprinkler lines and add new lines and also fix some existing heads.Gray's Sprinklers was not only prompt at responding to the inquiry, but was out the next day to look at project. Kayle gave us advice on what we needed to do, and it was much less than we had figured we needed, which saved us quite a bit of money. Our project was done in one day and we are well on our way back to having a great yard! We are extremely pleased with a job well done & at a very reasonable price!
