Very pleased overall with Mr. House and his crew. Mr. House took plenty of time with us to go over options, ideas and plans. He was very efficient with getting us a quote, and when we decided to do the work, he scheduled promptly, showed up on time, and completed the work on time. We got a couple of quotes from landscaping companies (only 2 out of 6 even bothered to return our calls), and the itemized quote from Wet n Wild was in line with the other quote we got -- some items slightly more, some slightly less, but over all about equal. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, and the thoughtfulness of the crew in dealing with situations that arose during the project, and in finding solutions. They were also flexible and able to change plans slightly when we changed our minds half-way through the patio work. We did have one maintenance issue that came up shortly after work was completed, and they came out the very next day to take care of it. Very prompt. The only thing we think could have been improved on is communication -- it was sometimes difficult to get hold of Mr. House while the work was on-going, and it was difficult to communicate with anyone on the work crew unless we talked to them on-site, making it hard to know which days they were going to show up, who to contact with questions, etc. Grade of A overall, however, because in the end that was fairly insignificant, the work was done well and on time.
