Valley Garage Door

On Thursday, the spring broke on my garage door. Fortunately, the car was outside. I called Valley Door because years ago they had installed it. She was sorry, but the soonest they could get here was Monday morning between 10:30 and 12:30. They did show up at the appointed time, but not to fix the door. They explained they did not have time to fix the door, only to assess the problem. They would call later. No phone call for 4 days so I called them this morning, one week after the door broke. I got "Oh, we were going to call today." They would not be able to get back out until next Monday. I told them to forget it and made contact with another company who will be here tomorrow afternoon.

Michael was wonderful. Not only did he get the job done in a neat and professional manner, but he was friendly and willing to answer any questions! He went above and beyond the call of duty by also tightening bolts in my garage door and lubricating areas I had been neglecting (hinges on the door). The job he did was professional and the item supplied was great quality and works terrific. He also had the best price around!
