Rick, the owner, arrived on time and got right to work by setting up his equipment and prepping the areas with pre-cleaning solutions and odor eliminators. After those were done, he began to steam-clean the carpets and make sure that any stains and odors were removed before adding a drying agent and fresh smelling solution to the carpets. Ultimately, Rick did a great job, and that is why I use him over and over again. His prices are competitively fair, too. Description of work:

Went great!

Smart N Klean arrived promptly and did an excellent job. They were professional and washed all the windows thoroughly. If they had carried a small razor, they could have removed a small patch of overpaint on one window, but I did not expect them to clean up paint errors. I plan to hire them to clean my windows several times a year.

Arrived in a timely manner and got right to work. He did not have to move any furniture close to windows, as I had already done that. When he was finished, I performed a quick run-through and found minor streaking or misses and he gladly obliged to re-clean the mentioned areas. He was careful of plants and patio furniture, etc. He did leave some dirt/water in the bottom of some of the window casings. He is returning Sept 17, 2012 and I will mention this. I'm sure he will take care not to let it happen again. I was very satisfied with his service and professionalism.

Rick (owner) gave me a phone quote; however, it turned out to be higher and he gave me a concise explanation why. Upon his arrival, he had a business card and flyer in hand--very professional. He is licensed and insured, but not bonded. Friendly, but not too chatty as he multi-tasked and worked while he talked. He was helpful (put the patio screen doors back on track) and was respectful of my property and animals. We had a problem with wasps and I was out of spray, but he took it in stride and was able to finish. He is honest as he placed an outdoor window thermometer in his pocket--forgot it was there--returned to give it back to me. I was very pleased with his service and efficiency.
