Let me tell you about my experience. I have them come out to my house. They measured out everything and quoted me a price. After they came out for the final final measurements, they realized the system that I was quoted for would not fit in the space. What did they do? The made it right. I was upgraded to another unit AND given a pretty good break on parts because of the issue. Would I recommend them? Absolutely...just make sure you measure correctly the first time. Thank you so much. We love our system.

In order to make the sale, the owner Matthew will say anything he thinks you wanted to hear. Unfortunately, that promise only lasts until he gets his money for the job. After cutting my final payment I was left with a underrated system that cannot heat or cool my house. As you probably guessed, now that they have been paid company will not return a phone call. Talking with others in the community I am not the first to be scammed by this company.

A little rocky at first but good in the end.

The service tech was very friendly, polite and professional. found the problem very quickly..which impressed me. But the problem for me is that this company charged me for the call when two other companies in town did not. The next problem was the price to fix my heat pump., which was over double the price that was quoted from the other two companies that came out. I asked for a break down of the cost in which I was told that it took a long time... All my parts to fix the heat pump was under warranty. they quoted over 2300.00 for just labor the next company that I choose to do the work charge me 975.00.
