Rescon is a small design/build firm locally owned and operated by David Larson. We perform residential and light commercial contracting services from design to final completion. We usually have about 4 field workers performing 2-3 large projects and 10-20 small projects a year.

Rescon provides design and build construction services for new construction, additions and remodels. Customers receive special attention due to our size and since we do as much of the work in house consistent quality and timeliness throughout the project. Due to us assisting with the design process customers also gain the benefit of completing projects within budgets without surprises. Whether you want a new custom home, to add on to your existing home, or remodel your kitchen Rescon can help.

Rescon does not offer in house financing for your construction project, but we can help you find financing through a bank or other financial institution.
