Started off great, son,worker and the owner doing the job. Got started with three doing work got slab in and started with framing the building. Work was going along very well and then the worker left unknown why. Work slowed somewhat and then there would be a day here or there no one would show up. Then work would start at ten am sometimes with only one person. At this point let me say this is a 40 by 60 two story garage being built. Was supposed to be done by September when our old place went away so all of our stuff was now in a container being rented except for our household goods. That date came and went work was slower and spottier by the week. Garage doors were not installed because of shipping problems so I was told. Finally they arrived and that didn't go well as Valley Door put them up and didn't fit well, contractor they said, he said it was them oh well. Moving along we moved into it still not done but enough to move into. Now our stuff is still in the container but cant get to it due to the weather. Had him do an addition on one end that took two years to complete along with redoing the stairs inside and out due to poor quality of workmanship. Also had to have the electrical upgraded due to the fact he had the electrician do the electrical circuits with less breakers than needed. The electrical contractor who did it said his bill was less than he had quoted and wondered if Pigrim had knocked anything off of my bill which he hadn't, go figure. The fellow he had do the heating didn't get a permit or do it right cost another 2800.00 for that, the electrical work cost another 800.00 to upgrade it so there would be enough power to run things upstairs. Doors had to be rehung, sheet rock came loose in celling, took damaged siding off I had to get new as he never returned, didn't know how to texture and looks terrible after painting. After redoing the stairs inside and out along with the deck still not right as left screws out and quality of repairs is terrible. Took three YEARS to finally give up on him and fix things myself or at my own expense, Even the OSB sheets were not installed good had to fix those in the lower part. On one return during my pointing out problems he got so mad turned red in the face and doubled up his fist. I paid him ahead of time always never was late. Yet couldn't get it signed off had to get three permit extensions and fix many things myself before it would pass. Would never recommend him to anyone.
