+ -1 moreThey came promptly (early, in fact), acted professionally, were friendly and kind, fixed the problems I was having, discussed the job with me, and left. No fuss, no muss, problem solved. I will use this company again.
Description of Work: This is a heating & air conditioning service. They came out to service my air conditioning unit before summer set in. Actually, I'd had another service out before, but they (a) didn't service the unit that holds the coolant, but they (b) broke the air conditioner. The good folks at Pacific Mechanical not only fixed their mistakes, but also left the unit in excellent condition and reassured me that it would continue to work well.
