+ -1 moreThe installer did an extensive walk through of our home before recommending the necessary hardware to fully protect our property. High quality professional components were installed (hard wired) throughout our home and the main console (lock box) was adequately hidden from view. The system has performed perfectly for several years and when the keypad on the main console wore out from normal usage, they replaced it immediately. We would have had to completely replace both control systems in our home with new hardware, but Klamath Alarm had a like-new keypad from a used control module that they used to repair our system. They only charged us labor to replace the bad part and restore our security system to perfect condition. This business is family owned and they treat their customers like part of their family. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Installed and tested complete home security alarm system. Provides monitoring service at a reasonable rate. Provided repair to main control console after several years use (new keypad) and only charged us for labor, because they had a spare used keypad that they gave to us.

Description of Work: They did not reply to my initial call. I was told by person who answered that I would be called back later that day. No call back ever came, so I went somewhere else.
