+ -1 moreWe had nothing but problems with Jeld-Wen. The quality, it took like nine months to get a sliding glass door that was acceptable. It took like eight or nine months for them to send a door that wasn't defective. Actually, we got a couple of them, two doors and one of them finally was okay, the other one was without a frame on it. It was ridiculous. We've used their products before several years ago for windows and they were fine. But, this time around, just the quality was terrible. The quality of the product of the door was defective. Numerous times, it took us close to seven months to get one of the two doors in acceptable condition. Their quality control appears to be minus zero.
Description of Work: All they did was manufacture the doors.

replacement windows
+ -1 moreBasin Glass did warrenty work on windows from Jeld Wen where seals leaked. Took about a year to get work completed when first notified.. Job was satisfactory but I have 2 more windows where seals are leaking and windows fogging up.

+ -1 moreThey actually called us back and we got useful information when they did call back. They showed up when they said they would show up. We would absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: We used JELD-WEN Windows for windows. They were here about 1 1/2 years ago to replace two windows free of charge.
