Services were performed Oct-Nov 2007. They were to replace a wall hung toilet with floor mount type. Replace tub and tile shower enclosure with fiberglass and repair/replace rot/dry rot caused by above leaky fixtures. Talked us into raising the 7ft ceiling to 8ft. This was our only bathroom. They were good about having it functional at the end of the day. They were to keep me apprised of their schedule, because I was working nights/sleeping days. Several times I awoke to house guests I wasn't expecting. A hole had to be cut into the outer wall to get the shower enclosure in. Several sheet rock screws were left exposed and bubbles under the tape when they said it was ready to paint. The new toilet was mounted to close to the wall. The tank touches the wall. Several years later while I was doing siding repair discovered that the rotted studs and sill in the outer wall was not replaced. The insulation was not replaced on the outer wall. The counter top in the bathroom was replaced and a three door medicine cabinet was installed. Theses were adequate. | Also had them replace the counter top in the kitchen and the flooring in the kitchen and dinning room. An out of production butcher block pattern was ordered for counter top to match our portable dishwasher. We were not consulted on this. It took several weeks to be delivered. The sub that installed the counter top did a poor job of matching the joint where the two pieces came together. There is a slight edge there.
