They were on time, professional and far exceeded expectations by going above and beyond to solve the problem. Further, they worked in my behalf with other local businesses to help get things resolved quickly and within budget. These will be my go-to plumbers every time!

They were the only plumbers available and they showed up right away. They may not have got the message to move the disposal, but they plumbed the sink......mostly. They only forgot one part, a drain cap. We only had about 5 gallons of water pour out onto a newly refinished / repaired oak floor. The furniture had only been on the newly refinished floor for two days, the sink was the final part of the job. This is a friday, June 30 at 5pm. Fourth of July- 4 day weekend. My wife was home, pulled the bottom out of the cabinets, and dried up water. Called the plumber back, they put the drain cap on and left. No clean up, only an Oh ****! and then gone. We had a blower on the floor and under the cabinet for the 4 day week end, the floor popped. Called the plumbers who said they would be out. Never showed. They called my wife and left messages, wanting credit card numbers. She gave them my number, I gave my number and they never called. Made a homeowners claim, reporting to CCB. Every connection they had made, without exception, leaked. Lucky for everyone my wife was home to mitigate the damage potential we experienced with Card Plumbing. Still have to hire a plumber to finish the job.
Description of Work: Needed kitchen sink plumbed with existing after floor cabinete removal. Needed garbage disposal placed on the "correct" or traditional side. This was a used double sink..

Response from Card Plumbing & Heating Co
First of all, these are all allegations and lies. The sink that I plumbed in was a second hand sink that was taken out of another resident, I plumbed in the new dishwasher and hooked up all the connections without any issues, as I was testing all the connections, water lines , etc. I noticed that there was an extra waste line coming out of the wall underneath the sink, I then told Mrs.[Member Name Removed] I would have to run and grab a cap from the supply house, she instantly stopped me and said " I will get a cap for it, I don't want to have to pay you to drive anywhere and get a part". I said ok and explained to her what part she needed to get, through out the visit she told me she was a contractor and new alot about the trades, come to find out shes just a painting contractor. So supposedly as soon as I leave she dumps a 5 gallon bucket of water down the drain knowing there was a open line under the sink, causing some water to hit under the cabinet. So somehow this is my fault and they didn't want to pay the invoice. Any plumber in town that works for the Schoenbergs should probably get paid before they do any work.

I called Nick to set up an appointment. He said he would come by Friday, or Monday. I didn't hear anything on Friday. Monday rolled by, no word. I called and left a message, still haven't heard from anyone a month later. Guess they don't want my money.
Description of Work: I am doing a kitchen remodel, and was referred to Card Pumbing. I needed a full workup under the kitchen sink (cut-off valves, garbage disposal, water filter and dishwasher hookup) as well as two new gas lines installed.

He arrived on time for estimate. He said he would get it all ordered and it would be about 4 to 5 days. One month, two months, three months and no response to my calls. I hired another plumber and had my kitchen faucet in one day and a higher grade and color faucet for less money. (and bathroom too) It was very difficult to go without a kitchen faucet for months. He called after four month and said he got busy. He lives here in town and had evenings and weekends he could have come over for the 20 minutes it took to do the kitchen faucet. I would not recommend to anyone. His prices on the item is higher than you can buy the exact same item at Home Depo! He is not professional at all.
Description of Work: I needed a new kitchen faucet installed and new bathroom faucets and sinks.

Description of Work: Card Plumbing fixed a leak in my water main and was also supposed to fix a clog in my bathroom sink and a pipe that went to my laundry drain. They fixed the leak, and although I did feel that I was overcharged a bit I was willing to accept that since they did seem to do a good job. The problem was that it took them forever (over a month)to get around to fixing it and were extremely uncommunicative during the entire process. This was especially frustrating because the leak was costing me about $300 extra dollars a month in wasted water. They also never fixed the sink or the laundry pipe which they promised to do at the same time they fixed the leak. They told me they didn't fix the sink or pipe because no one was home when they went over to fix the leak, but no one was home because they never told anyone they were coming. After the leak was fixed they promised to go back and fix the other stuff, but after about a month of trying to get them over there I finally gave up and had a friend fix it for me (he said it took him about ten min). I felt like because they had already been paid to fix the leak, they didn't care about fixing the smaller stuff and just decided to blow me off. All in all, I'm happy the leak got fixed, but was extremely frustrated by my experience with Card Plumbing.

Excellent. Was covered by our home owner's warranty, so we didn't end up paying anything and he took care of negotiating everything with them. Excellent service.

The plumber called to confirm appointment time and showed up a little early. He then replaced the water heater in a very timely fashion and made sure all messes were cleaned up before they left.
