+ -1 moreTwo men showed up and cleaned drain as scheduled. Work was completed with a very fair price of $75 dollars....... Can't beat that... Highly recommend !

Description of Work: Randy Butler came out to do the work on our drain as we had sewage backing up into the house we just bought and it was in our line not the CIty's. We called another drain/plumbing company out on Sunday who cost an arm and a leg and did nothing helpful. The problem was worse after their visit. He was awesome! He showed me what was wrong on the camera (massive root balls in about 3 places), cut them all out and showed me his work on the camera when he was done. He also told me exactly where we tie into the city, out depths in different spots, everything I ever wanted or needed to know. Great guy, great price and he was here in a half an hour! I will definitely use this company again and recommend him highly to anyone and everyone who needs service on their home drains or septic. Because I spent $100 for nothing on the Sunday call he gave me a discount, something he didn't have to do. I was grateful and and very pleased with my experience and our problem is fixed!

+ 0 moremy call was returned within five minutes. He came out about one hour later. Problem was assessed and he was able to give me an estimate for the complete job. He made arrangements for the necessary equipment and materials while he was here. He came back the next morning and completed the work. He made all repairs and the cleaning in about two hours. He cleaned up the area and made sure everything was back in place before he left the job site. He was able to complete the job under his estimate.
Description of Work: Cleaned and repaired my septic tank. Replaced the broken pipes and cleaned the lines.
