The worker was extremely courteous, and explained to me my requested information about the age and quality of my heater. He was very professional and finished his job in a timely manner. He also explained some other types of heaters tthat could work well in my home.

After a home inspector missed that the ducts were falling apart on a house that I was about to buy, literally falling apart.. He brought in his friend from Bob Hall's to replace the ducts so he didn't get sued. The instal guy missed 5 appointments without calling before he finally showed up one day unannounced on a Saturday to do the job. He started and didn't get half of the work done before he left because he had a party to get to. After several phone calls to the inspector and the installer and a few weeks went by they sent out a guy who 'used to work at bob halls' to finish the install. The guy finished the job in one day. As part of the deal the original installer was supposed to come back after the work was done and inspect it and certify that every thing was installed correctly and in good working order. He never came back and never returned my calls for over a month! I should have just sued the original guy to keep me from dealing with such an unprofessional, incompetent person. I would not wish this company on my worst enemy. If I had paid them I would have stopped payment. It took months to get through this ordeal.

The estimate was kept too. We were given a discount for paying without drawn out the payments. The workman came one day did all the measurements inside and out. Took care of the permits from the city and county. Gave us a copy of the permits and how they were going to place and run the pipes. The next day they came out did the install and pressure test, This was Friday afternoon and the city inspector couldn't come out till Monday. the pressure in the lines was set for 25 psi (18 psi is the required) on Monday the the psi was 23. The inspector made his checks and approved everything. It took two days for the gas company to get the meter in. After the meter arrived the workmen came back hooked into the meter and lit all the pilot-lites, made sure everything was working correctly. Two days later the workman called to make sure everything was ok and the office called to check also and to make sure the service was done correctly. In Jan we are going to install the new water heater (we have a teenage daughter who likes to meditate in the show) so we need lots of hot water. We will be calling this company again, and we will ask for the same workmen.
