Called about a major ant problem. Every time we chased them out of one part of the house they came in two other places. Kevin came out right away. Did an inspection. When to work immediately. Two days later, no more ants. The cost was much less than expected and he committed to come back if there were any issues. Totally recommend this company.

I really needed a termite and dry rot inspection done on my home so I could continue with the renovation work we had been doing. I had contacted terminex over a week and half ago and no one called to schedule with me. I just became member of Angie's List and found Basin Pest Control listed with great ratings. I called and Kevin called me back within 30 minutes. I explained what I needed and what I wanted to do and he talked himself out of a job! He explained what services his company did (which seem to be very comprehensive) but that while he does treat termites, he stated that for what I needed he suggested I get a home inspection to determine the extent of any dry rot or termite infestation or damage we may have. I was amazed at his candor and professionalism as he could have just come out and treated any and all bugs leaving me blind to any other damage that I may need to repair before painting etc. Kevin even gave me a local referral (who is also listed on Angie's List with a great review) and once I have completed my inspection and if there is any termite or pest damage, I will definitely be calling Kevin about treatment. I will also be checking with him regarding regular pest control.

I do not know how much BPC charged since he billed directly to the homeowner, and I simply arranged for the service, but I have used BPC for years, and they continue to be the ONLY pest control service with consistent top quality work and professionalism. BPC gives great tips instead of stating that a second visit is needed when it isn't. For example: ants may continue to appear for a week after pest control application, but that's only because they are the remnants of the now "deceased" colony, and they soon disappear. Any other company might take my follow-up phone call as a chance to make a second, totally unnecessary house call and charge me for it! But PBC is honest, helpful, and trustworthy. I'll continue to use Basin Pest Control as my number one pest control resource!

Kevin is the best! He is honest, friendly, answers every question (I'm paranoid about toxins/Chemicals) and does a thorough job. Highly recommend! He's coming back in the fall to spray for spiders.

Kevin, the owner, came out on a Sunday and identified the problem and took care of it at a reasonable cost. I have ablosutely no complaints and would recommend him to anyone.

This company was successful in ridding the house of tree ants after just one visit. I was very pleased with the results and with the professional manner of the representative. The rep was very knowlegable, including sawing off a branch of a tree -- the branch being the culprit in supplying the means for the ants to get into the house. Straightforward, honest, friendly!

Kevin from Basin Pest Control saved us from a disasterous situation. The first company that came told us we had Carpenter Ants. (Even though we hadn't seen any ants.) His quote was very high, so we wanted other opinions and estimates and called Basin Pest Control. When Kevin saw the holes in the wood he knew right away that it was Carpenter Bees. Which made sense - we had seen a very large, loud, black bee before he got there. He sprayed the holes and the bee! He also checked under the house for other signs of infestation and there were none. The first company had taken "pictures of evidence" and wanted to charge my 84 year old mother $1,500 (discounted from $2,400!), to inject poisin around the perimiter. Kevin was also very nice and polite. We would recommend him to anyone.
