Very unprofessional, -left mess every he worked and did not clean up before leaving. -did not think that patching and painting holes ( that he put in the walls) was his job. When he did do it, it looked awful! -did not properly place cameras in unobtrusive locations ie... Not in the corners of the walls, placed them at eye level, and then ran the wire in clear sight to an outlet where they could be unplugged! -whinnied and complained about what he couldn't do, only to get it done in the end. -Also complained about the wiring in the home, when he's the one that did all the wiring when the house was built. Then blamed it on remodeling. Like people really move wires when remodeling, come on now? -always scheduled appts on days when my husband wasn't home, so I'd get to enjoy his company all day long while taking care of my three young children. Then late in the afternoon when all the kids were screaming, he asked if I was ready to learn how to use all the new equipment? -failed to mention what to do should equipment not work...and after several attempts of trying to get in touch with him, finally returned calls, via text responding "sorry your having a bad day"! Then explained how to fix -refused to drop off a new remote when our brand new one stopped working properly and Requested we bring it to him to exchange when he drives right by our house everyday on his way home. -refuses to offer any support for equipment that only he services in the basin. -finally had to hire another tech to read thru all the manuals to fix everything that stopped working or never worked correctly to begin with -everything this guy did was half a** and unprofessional. I made him redo just about everything he did because he tried to cut corners and the results were completely unacceptable. When someone pays what we payed to have a job done, it should be done right, the first time. Which funny enough is his motto, but so not the way he does things. - took him entirely way too long to get the job completed, mostly because he never did things right the first time and had to redo. - DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!!!!
