+ -1 moreThey never came out. I was having difficulty finding a plumber that was available. Jason specifically told me if I couldn't get anyone sooner, to call him back the next week and he would schedule me in for the following week. I couldn't get anyone, so I left a voicemail for him on Tuesday. He never called me back. I left another voicemail on Friday. He finally responded, via text message, that he was unable to come out to Chiloquin. I am under a deadline to get these repairs done and his waiting until Friday to finally back out of his commitment has made it virtually impossible for me to meet my deadline. I am extremely frustrated, angry, and disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service. You can't trust what they say and they clearly don't follow through.
Description of Work: My water heater wasn't working properly. I needed them to diagnose and fix the problem and add a pressure release valve.
