Description of Work: Very sloppy work. They broke several of my beautiful pavers by letting the trunk parts fall freely. They left a terrible mess. Would never call again.

 + -1 moreIt took about a month to get on the books and they started the job one day and came back several days later and finished. They kindly admitted and replaced the septic tank lid they broke which was much appreciated. However, they did not tell me about the damage to my planter or offer to replace all the bricks they broke. With my $ 3000.00 check I sent a note requesting a quote to remove a stump and never heard a word, so they chose for me not to hire them back. They did trim and cut everything they said they would, just could have had better communication with regard to time line, disclosure, and response to stump removal.

 + -1 moreI gave some specific instructions that were not followed so they had to come back. They were very nice even though I complained and were very responsive. In my opinion the tree is way over pruned. At the base of the tree there are branches coming up that weren't cut so 3 days after they finished I had to go out and cut these branches. They had 2 opportunities to cut these branches and didn't do so. Above there's a question that ask if I would have them come again - I wish and quot;maybeand quot; was one of the choices because that what I would of picked.

 + -1 morethey arrived on time, bringing all their equipment with them ( boom truck, chipper, etc ) when they left my trees looked great the dangerous limbs were gone and the trees looked like they should be in a park. My yard was clean of all debris they even removed the old leaves from my roof.....recommend these guys highly
