Very nice man but spent too much time trying to determine the problem and fix a defective part, wasted a day before saying that a part needed to be ordered. This after I had been without heat for two days. I terminated his services and contracted with another company who fixed the problem

He kept saying well I think this is you problem then we would purchase the new part, and it would work overnight and break down again, we did this 3 times with 3 different parts. never did fix the problem!

Absolute Comfort installed a gas insert fireplace in my home. It tuned out the original gas insert that I had requested was not available. My father and I had both specified that I wanted only to have a gas insert with an arch for the front fitting. Absolute Comfort installed a gas insert, but not anything near what I had specified. A gas insert with a cheaper square front fitting was installed instead. They really should of called me to get my input before installing this cheaper model. When I confronted them, they were rude and told me there was not a front fitting with an arch that would work for this insert. I ended up doing my own research and found out otherwise. I submitted the information to Absolute Comfort and they said the could install the door I originally wanted for another $570.00. I said yes, and I am very happy with the product and the installation. John does do good work. The part of service that I am displeased with was their customer service (Mainly the owner of the company), they were rude and tried to focus the blame on me and my father which I found very unprofessional. Next time I will go elsewhere.

We had John Penhall install an HVAC system for our business. The first summer we went to the use the A/C, two of the three compressors had leaks. Instead of working with the manufacturer, John tried to repair the system. Ever since then we have had leaks. We also have had heating issues where one of the staff bathrooms heated to over 90 degrees throughout the winter. We had 4 seasons take a look and they said the system was out of balance and they corrected this heating issue. Now, we had the third compressor go out with a leak as of this summer. R.H. Brodmerkle came out and corrected this problem but now I am stuck with 3 compressors that should have been under warrantee and should have been sent back in. I was also told that there was no reason to have heat pumps installed and that I wasted money on them. R.H. also informed me that the size of the filters John installed were incorrect as well. The worst part of the whole experience was that John Penhall told me he should have charged me labor for all of the repair work he had done within the first year. R.H. explained to me that we warranties his work for five years and there is no charge for labor. I would not recommend using Absolute Comfort unless you want poor quality workmanship and someone who will not back his product

First off I would like say im sorry for having issues with the the outdoor units. And even Know this review is very negetive, I appreciate his review. I did in fact work with the teck. support on this problem. I sent pictures and many conversations with them to resolve the problem. I did what they recamended. With warranty isuess parts are covered by warranty but labor is not, I did everything i could and did not charge them for any labor or refrigerant. I also contacted my sales rep. and other people from the manufactor to try to replace the units several times and they all said no.. I have told the member this from the each time after I talked to them. I would have continued to work on the outdoor units but they chose to call another company. As for the bathroom @ 90 all the supplies have volume dampers and are clearly marked with orange stringers. Once again my appoligies go out to the family, we have been friends before this project came about. We have a farm as well and they have came to use for advise on farming and raising animals, we have sold them beef to eat as well as some other things I hope they are pleased with that part of our relationship. We are a honest business and do try to always make are customers happy, but I do make mistakes as we all do @ times. God Bless and thank you for serving our country. John Penhall

They were very honest and very reasonably priced. They were very friendly. I would use them again.
