TONY'S APPLIANCE SVC

We've been using them for 5 or 6 years. The technician is really super good. The owner is really community oriented. We live in a small town and he does a lot of things for the school kids and for the women's shelter and stuff like that so I love to give him my business because he does such good things. They're great.

It went excellent, it was so good. He did an incredible job, they run like a top. He went the extra mile.

I called Tony's Appliance because my dryer stopped working. The girl that answered the phone was very pleasant and super helpful. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need anything repaired!

A couple months after they installed my purchased stove I had some work done in my kitchen that required the stove be pulled out. At that time it was discovered that the electrical installation of the stove had been incorrectly done, resulting in the danger that a short circuit could have occurred. Tony's is the only appliance service available in our rural area. But no amount of convenience justifies running the risk of a fire caused by careless and inexpert workmanship.

I was not called back after several messages were left.

He said the part he had to put in only comes in a package of two. He said he'd just charge me $40 and the next person would just be charged $40. I thought that was great, he could have just said it was an $80 part but he told me exactly what was going on. He told me that before he even came out. I just went in there one day and realized the milk wasn't as cold as it should have been, he asked if it was making a noise and I told him what it sounded like. He said he knew exactly what it was and brought the exact part he needed. he came out that same day and fixed me right up. That's what's nice about living in a small town, they know their reputation is at stake and they will get referrals if they get a good job. I got him from a friend of mine and I told him so he said he planned to thank her.
