I was not in an immediate hurry but appointment was a month out. Quoted me $99 each for two sets of new valves and $168 to replace faucet. I said $168 steep to put in faucet, did that include valves? Answer was yes but when bill presented it was priced separately. Total bill $397 ($199 installation of faucet and $198 two sets of valves). I should have installed faucet myself but tenants already waited a month. I feel I was over charged and won't use company again or recommend them to anyone.

Valve started leaking on a Thursday night, Shaun worked me in on a Friday so I would have water in the kitchen for the weekend. He is a wonderful plumber and I will use him again! I've had him out to my house multiple times. He is professional and knowledgeable. He has a good sense of humor with problems he's encountered with my weird plumbing in an older home.

As always, I was extremely pleased with the plumbers at Up a Creek plumbing. This is my second time using the service and my opinion has not changed at all. On this occasion we had water lines put in for our ice maker. The plumbers were efficient and very tidy. During this time other companies had discount offers for plumbing service, however, I had no doubt that I would still choose Up a Creek plumbing and I am glad I did.

Shaun and his helper did a great job installing a new toilet for me. The work was completed quickly and I am very pleased.

The leak was found within minutes of the team entering the front door. It was repaired and they were gone in less than 45 minutes. Great work, good price and very honest tradespeople. They found a faulty water valve in a toilet; the water level had been set too high. They replaced the valve because it still wasn't working well. They were congenial and didn't mind my questions. It was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent work. I talked with Shaun shortly after 8:00 AM about the job. Shaun showed up at 11:45 AM after finishing another job. My job was done professionally, quickly and at a very fair price. Shaun will be the guy I call for any plumbing repairs we have in the future.

He was on time, the work was completed in a timely manner, and both he and his helper were friendly, easy to deal with individuals. I have already scheduled another project with him.

Our model of water heater is difficult to work on, particularly without any tech support and a manual that is of little use, but Shaun figured it out and got it up and running, and did so with a smile. He also was gracious about answering all my questions. We hope the water heater runs smoothly forever, but if we ever have another problem we'll definitely give Shaun a call.

Sean is very professional and neat. He was respectful and easy to work with. The work took 7 hours and an additional drain pipe broken during the removal of the old pipe was replaced at no additional charge. He honored his estimate and helped find a drywaller to repair the wall within a few days.

In spite of a busy schedule, Shawn fit me in and started work at 6:00 after an already busy day. We were without water due to a problem with one of out faucets and it was a relief that he agreed to get us going the same day...none of the other companies would. He was very friendly and professional from the first phone call to the job finish. The job was completed quickly and as agreed. The next time I need a plumber, I'll look no further than Shawn.

About a year ago we purchased an Angie's List coupon to have Up A Creek Plumbing install two new outside hose faucets. Shaun did a great job and he was on time and work went as planned. This year, as we started to use the faucets, one of the faucets started to leak. We call Shaun and he squeezed us in, replaced the parts, all under warranty - at no charge. However, the faucet continued to leak. So, we called Shaun again. He came by and replaced the whole faucet, again within a day, and at no charge because it was under warranty. We couldn't be more pleased and we'd recommend Up A Creek Plumbing to anyone who's looking for someone who'll call you back, and follow-up if the plumbing supplies are faulty. We are very happy customers.

Shaun installed the two toilets and sink very quickly and efficiently. Price for job was reasonable. quality of workmanship was outstanding. Very pleased with job he did.

We have had the pleasure of working with Up A Creek Plumbing for at least a year now. Shaun is very honest, always shows up on time and is always professional when dealing with our residents and Manager. He replaced the apartment tub/shower valve and cleaned up thereafter. Shaun was very professional and personable. This job was completed in a small space under the house in extremely nasty conditions. It took about two and a half hours including the time for him to locate the correct materials for repair.
