I did not need a new disposal, something was just stuck. He seemed very honest. We had an appointment for noon. He called a little after 11:00 am, to tell me that he was on his way. The price was a little higher than I thought, but it is because there is a flat fee for the service call. I did use the 10% Angie's List coupon, which I really liked. This was my first time using this company, and would recommend them.

They came out the same day we called, evaluated the situation and, had it all fixed up before 5pm same-day! Fast and very friendly. Cleaned up the yard area where they were working before they left. Will definitely call again for future needs.

Darrell scheduled to come out the same day. Even though they had delays on other jobs Darrell offered to come out early evening and look at it. He went over the pros and cons of fixing existing toilet versus installing a new toilet. We opted for a new toilet which Darrell came out first thing in the morning and had it installed in under an hour.

Shaun and his crew did a really good job. They arrived punctually, performed efficient and competent work, and hauled away the old toilets. This is the second time I've used Up-a-Creek plumbing. Shaun is a totally competent plumber; he does clean, solid work, and charges a very fair price. He recommended a particular brand of toilet that I had never heard of before, but he said it was far superior. It turns out he was right. The new toilets are just rock solid, with a very strong flush. My wife – most importantly – is very happy.

These guys were awesome. Came out and did a quote and were able to come out the next week to replace the water heater! They also redid the connections under the house and added a drip pan and fixed some drywall to make sure the water heater would fit. Very professional and absolutely clean when they were done. Awesome!

The owner and another gentleman did the work quicker than anticipated and it turned out wonderful! They had originally misquoted us on the price (a new apprentice was the one to provide the erroneous quote) but they stood by their quote. Very impressive! We will absolutely use them again.

Everything went very well. The gentlemen arrived right at the scheduled time and were very friendly and professional. I was spending the day cleaning my garage so was present while they worked. The two were very efficient and congenial, answered all my questions thoroughly and even joking back and forth while they worked. It was obvious they enjoy their work, and take great pride in a job well done.

Shawn and Darrell were efficient and professional. They arrived on time and, some nights, stayed late to finish up. They were also very willing to answer questions and explained thoroughly what repairs were getting done. They are both friendly and knowledgeable. They came back the next week to complete other repairs that were also needed.

The owner came on a weekend, scheduled work, gave advice that our later research backed up. He dealt with the unexpected with no complaints. A down to earth guy. It was refreshing!

This was a 3 day project, Shawn was there on time every day and even worked late to get the job done on time. It went very well. I plan on hiring him again in the future for a whole house filtration system.
