Description of Work: We called Sean for a clogged bathroom drain. He arrived promptly and covered his boots with booties. He discovered a broken drain plug which was causing the problem. He offered to run and get a new one, but I chose to replace it myself. He did not charge me for the visit. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again. A service call with no charge? Unheard of!

Description of Work: Called to obtain a quote on riser for shower. All the plumber has to do is install the riser. I removed the shower surround and cut the greenwood for easy access for the plumber. The company quoted a price of $750.00. I have called other plumbers and they said this 750.00 way out of the range of what this charge should be. Will be cancelling with this company and going to one that charges a fair price. Just a heads up check out pricing .

Description of Work: Leak found, not able to finish due to proprietary plumbing on Fixture. Had a leak stain below the master bath. Could have different sources - was isolated to a bath tub jet pipe, that is not standard plumbing - attempted to find the part- not successful but in the end needed to go to a spa repair. since it was the only spot where water was coming from We are now using the rest of the items in the bathroom.

Description of Work: It went great. My kitchen faucet was leaking. I had already purchased a new one. I called about 8:20 am. Shaun had received a cancellation so he said he would be here between 11 and 12 noon. He ended up calling back and stated he could be at my house in 10 minutes and he had replaced my faucet by 10am. He is personable, efficient, and competent. Needless to say I will call him if there is a next time.

Description of Work: Installed new water heater as when he came to service he couldn't guarantee the glass inside wouldn't break. Spent more than I had planned on but I think the energy savings will be worth it. Still coming again this Friday to install vent lot and finish up my faucet outside.

Description of Work: Although I did not use this provider, I certainly would give him a try in the future. He was too busy to take care of my urgent problems, but was very responsive to my calls and helped me with one problem over the phone.

Description of Work: Shaun, of Up-A-Creek Plumbing, installed three new toilets and a garbage disposal in my home back in July, 2015. He was efficient, knowledgeable and personable. All has worked fine since installation, nearly four months ago. Since then Shaun has also done good work for my brother. He is highly recommended.

Description of Work: City reported a suspected leak. A locate company was sent out to find and expose the leak. None found. Waiting on the bill now.
