Arrived early. Worked efficiently and was very friendly. He quickly identified an old,corroded coupling and solved the problem.

I was remodeling the master bathroom. Two other plumbing companies came by to do estimates and wanted up to $2000 and neither one of them mentioned or probably did not notice the movement of the new drain was over a beam. Shaun had told me about the beam issue so my contractor was able to do the fix before he came over to do the plumbing. Shaun showed up on time and stayed until the job was complete. I got new shower valves for both shower in the house and a new shower for the master bath. Shaun is a nice guy and knows his stuff. I will definitely call him again if the need for plumbing work arises.

Would I recommend Shaun Bills at UACP? Absolutely not. He was here 2 hours to diagnose that a leak from an upstairs shower was due to faulty caulking, "Something he doesn't repair," while on the phone the entire time with someone discussing how profitable his website is. When I reminded him that he was on the clock, he told me, "Not to worry about it." He was to take the downstairs shower handle to a local plumbing store to purchase a screw for the handle, and on that trip, "Somehow the handle broke," and he told me he would order a new one. He also told me he knows a fix-it man who works for $40/hour to repair the caulking...(He actually charges 80/hour), and 6 weeks later Shaun has never called back regarding the new shower handle.

My water pipes froze during this extreme cold freeze we had last week where we reached the single digits. I had no water and admittedly as a single female living on 2 acres with several dogs and my adult daughter and her fiancé, became a bit panicked with no water. That means no showers, flushing the toilets, washing the dishes, etc. I got onto Angie's List and just started at the top of the list. Everyone I called said I had to wait until the pipes thawed and they were booked for days in advance. Sorry, unacceptable I called Up a Creek Plumbing LLC and reached Shaun Bills, owner of Up a Creek Plumbing LLC. He was quite sympathetic and said he could make it the next day. <Smile> Shaun showed up before the appointment time and had to wait for me to get off work. The broken pipe was close to the well pump inside my shop. Shaun had to go get the necessary parts because my pvc piping was so large. He was back quickly and fixed the broken pipes. This was probably about 5pm. We still didn't have water though because they were frozen solid. He recommended we rent a big tube industrial propane heater from Home Depot. With the assistance of my brother-in-law we quickly were able to thaw the pipes only to discover another cracked pipe. Called Shaun at about 8:00pm and he said he would be right out after he finished the job he was on. He saw the parts that needed replacement and ran to Home Depot to get them. He fixed this leak and worked to get the pump started. He are now talking about 10:00 and 17 degrees outside. After quite some time the pump finally obliged and started working and we had water!!!!! Only to quickly see that right outside the shop on the exterior side of where he had fixed the previous broken pipe was a spicket with galvanized pipe leading down into my cement sidewalk that was gushing water up out of the hole. This would take a jackjammer to break up the concrete, Shaun was so apologetic that he was not able to get me water like he thought we was going to but came back the next day and broke open the concrete just enough to repair the broken junction. We crossed our fingers and turned the pump on again and.....WATER and no leaks. Shaun was phenomenal. He stayed in frigid temperatures trying to get me water until almost 11pm. I cannot tell you how cold it was. He is professional, friendly, caring, punctual, encouraging...I cannot express how happy I am with his service. I went to work the next day and was advertising for him if anybody needed a plumber to call Shaun. I have used Angie's List several times and admittedly usually do not take the time to write the reviews. Shaun and his wife Sarah Bills deserve your business. Look no further. I called for plumbing help at 6:30 AM. Shaun put me on his list after the 6 previous calls due to freezing weather in our area. He arrived exactly when he said he would, repaired the broken pipe and fixed an issue from a previous repair, and was done in an hour. We will definitely call Up A Creek Plumbing LLC again.

The job was complex and was done very well. We had two water heaters connected in a very inefficient manner, and had been told that neither the plumbing or the exhaust pipes met code. The company reworked the entire system and it is working perfectly. He did not charge for the time spent going to get unanticipated parts, and he clearly explained all of the changes required and his cost estimate.

UACP did an excellent job on all facets of job. We have used 4 different plumbers over the past 8 years. UACP was the most professional at a very reasonable cost (not the highest), and not only did they fix things that other plumbers had worked on, they actually explained what the issue was and why things were changed, in particular the toilet that leaked only one year after being rebuilt by another plumber.

The provider arrived punctually and proceeded to do the service requested. He was a nice young man and was able to replace the soap dispenser with no problems.

Sean is a great guy. Very personable. Right on time and was available quickly. He is a one man operation and I had a strange drain hookup for an old mobile home for a new bathtub I was putting in and he handled it very quickly and professionally. Took about 1 1/2 hours. I will call him for future plumbing needs. I felt he is extremely honest very fair priced and will not recommend solutions that you do not need.

Excellent service. Called him and he was able to schedule a time and worked around the crew installing new counter tops. Very professional, neat and friendly. Very reasonable and quick service. Pleasure to have him in our home. Will call him again and recommend him to our neighbors and work associates.

I called in the morning and He came in the afternoon. He told me that the shower faucet was broken and what I needed to fix it so now my son will be able to put it in for me. He was very friendly and I will definately use His company again if I need a plumber.

Shawn, the owner, went over the plumbing in our house to determine if the slow drain/overflow of water in the house was due to a clog he could snake in the house. He was on time, very polite and friendly and did a really good job of setting expectations for us. Once he checked the inner plumbing, he had a concern that it was a clog in the mainline. He gave us options on cleaning via the toilet in the house versus cleaning externally through a clean out. He asked if we had a clean out to access the mainline and gave us options on installing one and price quotes. He immediately suited up and crawled under the house to see where a clean out would be and lo and behold we had one already installed. He quickly left to get his mainline snake and returned within 20 minutes to clean the mainline. He was very fast, friendly and clean and came to our rescue by getting us an appointment immediately. I would use his services again in a heartbeat.

He responded to our call very quickly and although he was a little late arriving, he called to explain his traffic situation before his scheduled arrival time. He approached each faucet issue separately and was able to help us with product information, including warranty coverage we might be entitled to that we were unaware of. His work was effecient and thorough and very pleasant and professional to deal with. He needed a part to complete his work with us which required him to return the next day and made his return appointment fit in to our availability. He was able to accomodate another request to look at our shower diverter while he was at our home and his prices were very reasonable. We were very pleased with his work and will happily recommend his services to anyone who needs a plumber.
