He showed up on time and was efficient and courteous. The outdoor faucet required an adjustment to a bolt. Afterward the adjustment he asked me to turn the faucet on and off making sure his adjustment wouldn't compromise my ability to use the faucet. Once he made sure everything was OK with the faucet he asked if I had anything else he could work on, and I said yes the bolts on the toilet. I was very happy with his service and will definitely use his service in the future.

Shaun verified the work that I requested actually needed to be done. Once verified he proceeded to replace the water spouts on two tub/shower units. Prior to doing the work he went over with me exactly how long it would take for the repairs to be usable due to the type of sealant he was using. It had an extended curing time. After completion, he explained what he had done and why. I would highly recommend this provider and plan on using him again for some upcoming remodeling work.

Excellent. Answered the phone immediately, was able to schedule in a very reasonable time. Willing to install a part prior to Moen having sent the replacement, with the trust that I would give him the replacement when it came, so that I was able to have the leak repaired days before, without charging me extra. No one else (Kodiak - who installed it) was willing to do that. Friendly, quick and efficient and willing to help with a couple other completely unrelated issues. Very nice guy, would use him again for any plumbing needs.

Shaun was wonderful. He gave me an appt. asap after the crawl space was cleared of water. He was on time and was very professional. He explained what he needed to do and what parts would be needed. After he was finished he showed me the old pipes and cleaned up the area. He even fixed my leaky outdoor faucet! He had previously installed a garbage disposal and replaced pipes under my sink. He was as great this time as he was on the previous job.

Shaun was there the same day I called him, after a busy day he was able to get to my home at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. He was able to determine the clogged drains and snake them to clear them out. The overall time was 2/12 hours he spent to solve the issue and get things working back to normal. He was efficient and friendly, easy to work with, definitely use him again!

Shaun responded the same day, fitting us into his schedule. He was very professional, courteous and kind. Not only did he repair the leak, he also checked our water pressure because we are also having problems with our lawn sprinklers not having enough pressure. He gave us a recommendation of someone to help with that problem.

It was a great experience. I had called multiple plumbers the morning I discovered the leak, many didn't answer their phones and most couldn't get out to my house in a reasonable amount of time. Shaun returned my call immediately and was able to fit me in the next day which was great for me. He diagnosed many problems in the house quickly and scheduled for all of my issues to be fixed in one visit the next week. He worked quickly and professionally. I appreciate the work and problem solving he did for us. I will definitely use him again for any plumbing issues we have.

Sean came out on time. Was very polite and friendly. Talked about our options. Got right to the job. He even volunteered to take away all the parts of the system. We would definitely call him for further work as needed.

Well I don't think I can explain any better than above. I WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMEND HIM TO MY FRIENDS. This is a husband and wife business and I can see the determination in this young man, the professionalism and knowledge in his craft. The only Don'ts that I can come up with is: Don't stop the way you are handling your business right now and striving to succeed for you and your family.

Shaun was wonderful. He was punctual and professional. He worked quickly and made no mess. I asked him to check out my crawl space because another workman had noticed some water. This request was unplanned, but Shaun did not hesitate and checked it out for me. He discovered a real problem and after I remove the water he will be back to fix the plumbing problem. He offered to coordinate with the water removal company so he could be there ASAP. I would not hesitate to call him again.

Bought a home that had set empty for almost 2 years. Installed a washer/dryer and the water sources for the washer began to seriously leak. Called Up the Creek Plumbing based on Angie's List rating. Came within 48 hrs, had all the materials in truck, fixed the problem, said "good bye" and has worked wonderfully ever since. Very professional, pleasant and graciously put up with all my questions.

Required accessing the crawl space as this faucet was linked to water source there. Shaun determined the problem quickly and went to a supplier to get a compatible faucet that had the ability to be protected from a freeze.

They called before they came (which was good because I had forgotten they were coming). There were two workmen, but one mostly watched. One faucet needed only adjustment and took about 5 minutes to fix. The other stopped working after the freeze. They tested to make sure the pipe hadn't ruptured, then replaced the valve. It took about 20 minutes. Since it was outside and in the back, they went through the back gate to get to it rather than walk through the house

We had Sean come out to assess a leaking faucet in one of our rental properties. I was really stressed out at work and when I got the call from my roommate that the leak was now worse and had moved into the house, I looked at the clock and it was 5pm on a Thursday evening! I got onto Angies list right away and started calling. I left a few messages and spoke to one other individual. Out of all these companies, Up a Creek called back right away and he was very nice, easy going and instead of telling me what he couldn't do like the others, he said he could come right over, that he had just finished a job. His after hours rate was a far cry cheaper that some of the others and he was there before I could even get home. He had already figured out what was needed and went to get parts. He returned quickly and took care of everything. Instead of getting the same lame parts that had been installed by "Sandstrum Homes" when my house was built in 2003, he got a better part that would not end up like the original leak and explained everything simply. The total was only $252.00 which included a 10% discount for Angie's List customers and went home to see his two beautiful children. Very sweet guy and I would recommend him to anyone and will do so every chance I get. When I am ready to replace my dishwasher, water heater and garbage disposal, I will be calling him. Any plumbing problem I have will now be in his capable hands. Thank you so much!!

Excellent service. Had a very informative phone call and scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment he called letting us know he would be half an hour late. Arrived as promised and was very efficient removing our old hot water heater, from the basement and installing a new one. The best news is we have found a plumber we trust.

Came to clear a sink drain in the kitchen. when he got here, it seemed that the blockage was clearing anyway and he offered to leave it but I asked him to snake it anyway to be sure. He would have left with a minor charge and I appreciated his honesty, promptness and professionalism. Shaun's friendly and pleasant.

Water began dripping from an overhead light fixture. Shaun was able to come out very quickly and find the leak. He fixed it with minimum damage to the walls. He took the time to measure the floorplan and figure out a good spot instead of just randomly cutting holes in the wall which I think most people would have done. He was friendly and professional. My husband was happy with the work and surprised at how quickly he was done.

The original installation was not correctly performed and a soft vinyl tube had been snaked around and sealed into the wall with poly foam insulation as it was routed to reach the outside drain for the salt solution from the system regeneration cycle. The original line cracked and was flattened, and created quite a mess for us. Shaun Bills removed the old mess of vinyl tubing, worked around everything that was back in tight corners and obstructed by the well pressure tank, the pressure solenoids, and so forth, then took the time to cut and fit a properly installed drain from PEX. The new installation looks very neat, everything is routed so nothing will ever get pinched or bound, and it is now a high quality PEX plumbing approved tubing. Given that plumbing is never a task that most folks want to tackle because it is always messy and wet, spiders, and what ever else hangs around those places, I was quite pleased he took the time to place a drain container, rags, and make sure no additional water leaked anywhere as he removed and reinstalled the water softener. Then he cleaned up after himself and left everything very neat and clean, and much appreciated.

Had a kitchen faucet replaced and fixed a leaking shower knob. He was very good and fast. Bottom line I will hire again and I recommend.

So happy with the work done! The plumber was prompt, efficient and friendly. I needed someone out immediately and he worked with his schedule to make it happen. That was huge! Turned out the pop-up assembly in the sink was damaged by the tenant and had made quite a mess. He promptly made the repairs and was very professional and friendly to boot.

Shawn was very friendly and professional. He was on time, provided an accurate estimate, coordinated with the locating service and stayed late in the driving rain until the job was completed. He did a great job for us.
