Wonderful!!! Shaun was courteous, personable, clean, and respectful. Our house is older, he had to get into our crawl space which is in the bedroom. He brought in a drop cloth and always took his shoes off when coming into the house! VERY IMPRESSED!!! I will refer him to all my friends and family members to Shaun w/Up A Creek Plumbing!!! We will definitely be calling him again when we are "Up A Creek"!!! :) Thank you so much!!!

He responded to my inquiry call within 2 hours, set a time to do the work, and was on time at my house. Shaun was cheerful and professional, got about his tasks quickly and efficiently. Shaun arrived early on the morning of Wednesday, 12/3/14. He was only a few minutes late because of heavy traffic, and after introducing himself, he went over with me what needed to be done. He methodically and carefully examined each task, and and offered choices for each task where it was possible to choose. For instance, he gave me the pros and cons of reinstalling the under sink hot water heater as opposed to relying on the main water heater for hot water supply. After going over each task and discussing it with me, he went to get the parts for the job. Once he returned, he went right to work completing the repairs. Not only was Shaun knowledgeable and efficient, he was courteous and communicated clearly what was needed for each part of the job. He sees his job as not only repairing plumbing, but also making sure the customer understands what he is doing and why. He clearly enjoys his work and provides excellent service to his customers. In addition, he doesn't leave a mess behind. At each step of the job, he minimized water spills with a careful and thoughtful approach to the work. He carried a catch bucket and rags to clean up at each step in the process. I would strongly recommend Up the Creek Plumbing after this experience. Courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and fairly priced, Shaun will do a good job for you.

Very prompt, professional and personable. Had to crawl under the house through very cold, standing water to get to the problem and still had it fixed very quickly. His pricing was as he stated on the phone, no surprises. Will definitely use again and would recommend to others!

He replaced the old water heater and had to replace a few fixtures. It took 2 hours and 30 minutes to finish the job. Due to replacing fixtures, the cost was higher than the estimate. However, he did give me an Angie's list discount to help with the cost.

Our experience was great from start to finish. Shaun was running a little late but called to let us know. Once on site he went right to work. He was friendly and very efficient. When I called to set up the appointment he gave me a time estimate and he was almost spot on with that estimate. We live outside of town and prefer not to wear shoes in the house, Shaun had no problem complying with our wishes. I would use him again in an instant and recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Shaun showed up at our home right when he said he would - he was ready to work and had an enthusiastic attitude. He immediately got to work and explained everything he did. His work was done extremely well, and thanks to him we can now move on with confidence with our construction project knowing that the water will stay where it is supposed to. When we bought our home 2 years ago we had no idea that we had purchased a plumbing nightmare - but thanks to Shaun our plumbing nightmare, has turned into a memory of a dream. This is not the first job that Shaun did for us; he has fixed numerous plumbing problems that we have had in the past and we are so blessed to have found him. We feel as if we have not just found a great plumber, but a friend as well. We have definitely found our paddle when we find ourselves up a creek!!!!

Shaun personally did the work. He was VERY PUNCTUAL. In fact he got us taken care of earlier than expected. He was very efficient, obviously knew what he was doing, and he explained what happened to cause the stoppage and how to avoid recurrence. I give Up A Creek and Shaun my highest recommendation!

I called Shaun and made a no-rush appointment because my hot water dispenser had failed. I asked him to remember me if he had a cancelation that would fit my job. Shaun got a cancellation, immediately called me and rescheduled with me for a week earlier. He arrived right on time, removed my old dispenser and replaced it perfectly in under an hour. I call Shaun every time I need a great plumber!

Shaun was very easy to work with, he was very knowledgeable, explained everything, was on time and just did a great job in a stressful time. We were in the process of selling our home, found out the toilet was leaking and had been for quite a while. Everything needed to be done well and quickly. Shaun came out and did his part in a very timely manner.

I was referred to Shaun @ UP A Creek Plumbing by another Angie's List vendor. What a pleasant surprise! Shaun was responsive, professional and quickly assessed what was needed to fix a major leak under our sink. He also installed a new toilet and fixed the handles on our claw-foot bathtub. Without asking, Shaun provided options for his repairs that would be less costly and provided information on where we could pick up better handles for the tub instead of continually repairing them. When we called him a week later for additional service we needed, he was prompt and responded in just 2 days! I would certainly recommended this service if you are looking for a plumbing/drain professional you can rely on.

We had a great experience with Shaun Bills from Up a Creek Plumbing. He called beforehand to say he would be a few minutes late, because the previous job went a little longer than expected. He quickly identified the problem, repaired it promptly, and took great care of our house by covering his shoes as he came in and out. He was very professional and courteous. I've kept his contact information so we can use his services the next time we have another plumbing problem.

Up a creek plumbing company is awesome. Shawn arrived on time and was ready to tackle the first job of putting in an access panel to the water shutoff valve located in the crawl space below our double wide mobile home. Once he cut the opening, he showed me where the shutoff valve was located and how to take off the access panel and put back on. He then tackled the first shower nozzle in the guest bathroom. He cut an access panel to the shower, installed wood blocks between the studs and mounted the proper shower rods to keep the nozzles from moving. He did the same things to the bathroom in the master bedroom. Shawn is very courteous, efficient and professional. When he was finished, we went over all that was done and he made sure it was done to my satisfaction. Since we just purchased this house, I had mentioned that the water heater was an older model and Shawn took the time to look at it and make sure it wasn't on it's last leg, of course with appliances, there are never any guarantees. It was just awesome to see that he would give his honest opinion and not try to sell me something I didn't need at the moment. Excellent work, excellent company. I will be using him again as needed.

Went very well. This is not a quick job, and Shawn Bills did an excellent job. This is a job that also requires some construction, because the pipes must be accessed behind walls, so this also involves a general contractor to handle the limited demolition and the later drywall repair.

The job was taken care of in a very professional and personable manner. Hopefully we won't need plumbing assistance any time soon, but, when it happens we won't hesitate to call this provider back.

Shaun was an hour late to his bidding appointment and he called letting me know he would be late. He was on time to the actual installation appointment. Shaun is a very friendly young man who explains things very well. I believe the costs incurred were fair and reasonable. Material costs were $649.00 and labor was $276.25. I recommend Up A Creek Plumbing for any plumbing issue!

He did a good job in short order for a fair price. I would definitely use him again if I have another plumbing problem.

Very well. I had dug the hole in search of the leak. I took pictures of the break and text the info to Shaun so he would have a clear idea of the problem. Shaun was very friendly and helpful in explaining what he was doing. Shaun made sure the leak was stopped, giving it time for the cement to hold before he left. He has now become my plumber of choice and I will be calling on him to do the plumbing on one of our bathrooms to be converted into a tub/shower in the near future.

The job was completed in about four hours for a water heater that is located in the furnace closet in the house. Since an already scheduled plumbing job was delayed for the plumber for that day, our job was able to be moved up to that day, the same day I contacted the plumber. He was able to gather all the components for the job and finished that evening at 9PM. So, less than 12 hours from the initial contact to having a fully functioning new water heater. Cost a little extra for the after hours work, but that was fine with us, rather than wait for possibly a couple of weeks. Total cost was still slightly less than another quote I obtained (not for after hours work). The water heater has performed perfectly. It's nice to have reliable hot water again.

Shawn arrived right on time and did a highly professional job of installing the fixture. He had to do a little more than planned because the new fixture needed a larger hole than what was standard in our older sink. Was done within a hour, despite the extra effort. We would definitely use his services again.

I purchased the coupon online for a faucet replacement. this included a regular turn non-frost free faucet, so I asked to have a frost free-quarter turn faucet installed instead. this was an extra $35 but well worth it IMO. Arrived on time- good communicator and was okay with me watching the process as I like to learn these things for future. Finished quickly, paid the extra $35 and I am a happy camper. I would absolutely use this company again. For plumbers I felt the service was reasonable.

I would highly recommend Up a Creek Plumbing and its owner / operator Shaun Bills. I called this company twice and each time I was either scheduled the same day or the next day. This was very important to me as I was in a short escrow. Shaun reliably showed up on time and performed extremely competently from my perspective. For example when installing my garbage disposal he also found and fixed another violation relating to the dishwasher lines that could have delayed my escrow. Then he noted the repair on the receipt and did not charge extra. I very much appreciated his proactive approach.Shaun completed the repairs each time within the allotted time quoted. I found him honest and fair. Not only is he qualified with plumbing Shaun is likeable and personable. He is one I would trust to enter my home again. Shaun was terrific. I called to have one toilet repaired. When he finished it with time to spare, I asked him to check out the second one which had never had any service in about 30 years. I knew it was just a matter of time before I would have to take care of it, too. He checked it out and replaced the antiquated parts and repaired interior leaks which were detected by a dye test. Great job!!!

I left a voicemail for Shaun yesterday and he called me back within hours of my voicemail. I explained the issue and sent him a photo of our faucet so that he could get parts for what we thought the issue might be based on some previous research I had done on line. Shaun was very personable and got me in to his schedule first thing this morning. He arrived on time and was quick and efficient with his work. What I also liked, and I know this might be weird to comment on, but I liked that he did not ring the door bell. He was respectful of the fact that we might have small children, or in my case, dogs that bark, so I really appreciated that. After the service was complete, Shaun asked if there was anything else I needed him to look at. I appreciated that he wanted to help in anyway he could and we will definitely call him for any future plumbing concerns!
