Called made an appointment. He was scheduled out well over a week. Can't knock the guy for being busy. In fact two other plumbers I contacted were so busy they couldn't come out at all. So I was happy he did. He charged a standard rate for the area. To a certain extend plumbers are like brain surgeons. You don't pay much attention to them until you need one and then when you need one one need one. If you haven't hired a brain surgeon or a plumber in a while they you should understand they don't work cheap and they're usually not sitting around waiting for my phone call. Often times they have to give you bad news. Nobody likes bad news and there is a nasty human tendency to blame the messenger Overall I thought he did a good job, the leaks are gone. He was on time. Presented himself in a professional manner. Was thoughtful and knowledgable. Overall I'm happy. Of course, I hope I don't ever need to see a brain surgeon or a plumber. But if I do, I'd be happy to call Up A Creek Plumbing again.

The work was great! Shaun came out early to get started in the morning. He was very professional at all times. He explained everything that he was doing. I had several questions about the work and he took all the time needed to explain everything to my satisfaction. He was very pleasant and I really enjoyed working with him. He finished early and even was able to come in at a cost lower than his original estimate. I feel very comfortable recommending him to others as he was very honest and kept me updated during the entire process.

We had a clog farther down the line in our bathroom sink. Shaun was on time, maybe a bit early even. He got us unclogged pretty quickly and offered to change out the p-trap to a more sturdy material, with new connections. He was professional and personable. We had to schedule the work 4 or 5 days out because he was pretty booked, but that's probably a good sign. He made up for it by leaving me a can of plumbers glue. As it was of no use to me, I called him to let him know so he could retrieve it (once he was around the corner and down the street, of course). :) We'll use Shaun in the future as well.

Shaun communicated with me promptly, suggesting several things I could try on my own before he came out. When he arrived, he solved the problem with my water heater promptly and checked the pilot light 2 more times before he left to make sure that it was ok. I was very pleased with my experience with Shaun. I would definitely call him again.

He was great! Very kind. Worked really hard the whole time and come to think of it I don't remember him even taking a lunch break. Bid was 850.00 and actual price was lower. He was on time and did a great job cleaning up after. Well certainly call him again when we need a plumber.

We checked Angie's List and called Shaun who scheduled a visit, fixed the problem and was on his way in about an hour. He was very polite and arrived on time! We will definitely use him again if we need plumbing work.

When I first called the contractor (Shaun Bills), he promptly responded and came out the same day to give me an estimate for the job. My old hot water heater had been in service for many years, and Shaun explained he would need to replace the old vent pipes and remove the stand it was on in order to bring it up to current building code. We scheduled the work for the following week. Shaun arrived promptly and explained everything he was going to do. He is very courteous and friendly. The job took about 4 hours, because of the additional work that needed to be done. Shaun explained the new features of the water heater, how to adjust the temperature and how to relight the pilot light, should that ever be necessary. The job appears to be very well done, and I'm pleased with the new vents and the fact that the water heater now stands on the floor of the garage, rather than a wooden box. Shaun took the old water heater and left the space clean and neat. I was pleased to be able to do business with a local contractor and I would definitely recommend Up A Creek Plumbing.

Shaun is the owner of this company. Very professional and friendly. I stood with him the entire time he worked, asking questions and talking shop. In fact, I helped dig down to the sewer pipe! He is an excellent plumber, very precise. Cost was appropriate for time and materials spent. This guy is honest, and really good at what he does. Any future issues I may have, I feel confident that I have found a plumber I can rely on and trust 100%. Great job Shaun!

It was on a Saturday Afternoon... I was given an approximate time when the 'provider' would arrive.. Very prompt! Individual was very personable... Up Front concerning costs... Fast knowledgeable worker... Stuck to the problem at hand and completed the job to my complete satisfaction....

Shaun was pleasant and polite. Seemed to know what he was doing. Worked quickly. He got the job done with a minimum of fuss and at a fair price. We discussed some additional work which I expect to have him do later this spring as it will require some outside work and will require some preparation on my part.

I actually purchased the deal from Angie's List for an hour of plumbing. The owner contacted me immediately to set up a time to come by. He arrived right on time and completed the work very efficiently. He also provided me with some advice and information about other issues I thought might come up in the future. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

We never call a plumber. Have had drippy kitchen faucet for a couple of weeks, husband was going to fix. Went to turn off water under sink to repair, but all the connections and hoses under sink were old and started to leak too. Husband has bad back, so I saw got on Angies List and looked under plumber. "Up a Creek Plumbing" had very good reviews and ratings. I called, and Shaun answered...he was here half an hour later! He was polite, clean, and had everything in his van to do the job. We got a detailed billing, and his prices were very good. Great job, nice guy, and my husband's back didn't get hurt trying to twist around under the kitchen sink. AND...the job was done in under two hours. If we had tried to do all of this, it would have been a wet sloppy mess, my husband would have hurt his back, and it would be more like two days to get it done after all the trips to the store getting what we needed!

This is the second time I've used Shaun's service. As before, Shaun responded to my phone call promptly, we chatted on the phone about what the problem might be, and he gave me a firm date and time that he could come to the house. Shaun is both professional and informal, a true delight to communicate with. He removed the cartridge, took it to a plumbing supply house for replacement, returned to the house and installed it. Everything works, and I'm a happy camper again. I would recommend Shaun to anyone.

It was not a hard job for a person that has the correct tools, but Shaun did a quick clean job. I would use again for sure.

Bought the $112.00 Toilet Tune-up. Shaun is a very pleasant and upbeat person. Came and inspected the multiple problems with our toilet. Quickly identified what he needed and promptly got to work. On washing his hands he noticed we had a problem with the Aerator on the faucet and quickly replaced it. Paid for the part only. Very conscientious about keeping the work area clean as well as not tracking in dirt. The Deal did not include work on the Supply Line but Shaun was able to repair it. Paid for the part only. We are loving the peace and quiet from a constant running toilet and soon a lower water bill! Would definitely call Shaun again! Thank you so much!

Wonderful!!! Shaun was courteous, personable, clean, and respectful. Our house is older, he had to get into our crawl space which is in the bedroom. He brought in a drop cloth and always took his shoes off when coming into the house! VERY IMPRESSED!!! I will refer him to all my friends and family members to Shaun w/Up A Creek Plumbing!!!
