Description of Work: Shawn was quite personable... he determined that the problem we had with drippy faucets couldn't be handled through a simple repair. As such, we are planning a more extensive improvement project. We'll be consulting with Shawn to complete that project.

Description of Work: I waited 3 weeks for the appointment only to find out that they can not do a lot of the things he recommended. He did refer me to action plumbing -- so I will go from there. The guy was nice and didn't charge me for looking at it, which I appreciated.

Thank you! I hope your breaker has not been tripping. I got a call about 6 weeks after installing the hot water dispenser. It was not working. I scheduled a time as soon as I could to go check it out. The first thing I checked was to see if it had power to it. It did not. The garbage disposer did not either. At this point, I checked the panel box to find the breaker tripped. Problem solved, and best of all, NO CHARGE. Thanks again!

This was a pretty straight forward job. I determined that the kitchen sink faucet and both master bath lavatory faucets were not repairable and needed replaced. Unfortunately, all three faucets had to be ordered. As soon as I heard from my supplier that the faucets had arrived, I called and scheduled a time to complete the replacements. All three faucets were replaced without a hitch. Thank you!
