+ -1 moreThey did excellent work!! The job came out even less than I was quoted!!! Everything was great!!! After I moved I tried to get them to do some things on my new-to-me home and I could not get them to respond to me. It was like they did not want the work or did not have time for me. I really wanted them to build a couple of things for me and could never get them to give me quote. I have tried a couple of times but have just given up. It is really too bad because they do great work and I would like to use them again. But I am not going to beg them to work for me. I will find someone who wants the work and is willing to work with me.
Description of Work: I was selling my home and Kyle's team did some repairs that the buyer was requiring.

+ -1 moreHe was very rude and his prices were more than double of another company whom I went with. He was actually bad marking other companies saying that he would make sure that the work would be done correctly. Then when I asked whether he does the work, he said that he hires people to do it. He was rude and finally I just told him to leave my house. I won’t never ever call them again. It was horrible. It took him almost two weeks to even send someone to look at the job. There was no response, no emails and nothing. I actually gave up on them and then one day he calls to say that he was coming to give quote in three days. Then after five days he came and was really arrogant. He wasn’t really personable at all.
Description of Work: Remodeling by Classic Homes Inc came out and gave a quote for redoing the bathroom which was about $26000.

+ 5 moreAll-in-all the work went very well. We are happy with the quality of workmanship. Kyle and Scott were good to work with and responsive. No enough boots on the ground resulted in the project taking about 3 weeks longer than originally planned. The finished product was well worth waiting for.
Description of Work: Complete remodel of a very small bathroom in an old home. Walk-in shower, new fixtures, tile, plumbing, electrical. Expanded the room by pushing exterior wall out 4'.

+ 5 moreThe project started as a discussion of possibilities with Kyle in late August. We did the research on what we thought we wanted, took Kyle's advice on what might be issues or concerns about our ideas, refined our ideas, then asked for an estimate. We were pleased with the plan and agreed to move forward in early November. We made some changes during the project, and Kyle worked with us to make it happen. There was some serious moisture damage to the sub floors and it required removal, drying, then relaying the sub floor before they could put down the new bamboo and they still got the floors all in before Thanksgiving. My home is now lighter, looks current and is amazingly easier to maintain. I'm thrilled with the results.
Description of Work: We had the living room and dining room carpet removed and replaced with bamboo. We had the staircase remodeled and changed from carpet to Red Oak with new metal balusters and Oak railing. We had the upstairs landing changed from carpet to bamboo. We had the carpet replaced in the family room. Kyle's crew went to great lengths to keep our home usable during this project which wasn't easy while remodeling the only stairs between our first and second floors. They cleaned up at the end of each day and kept me in the loop for any scheduling changes. This is the third project we have had done by Remodeling by Classic homes including replacing all first-floor windows and doors several years ago. We are still thrilled with their work and will call them again if we choose to do more with our home.

Kyle and team did a GREAT job. Fast, clean professional and pleasant experience. I would hire him for any job again.

+ 1 moreThey are my very favorite remodeler; their work is wonderful. Once we discussed everything, he gave us a schedule that said when they would be here and what they would be doing at every step. He personally came out on a Saturday when there was a bump so he could catch up for the end of the week. He ran short on staff and they didn?t have everything done so he came on Saturday to work for about two and a half hours. That?s real service. I would absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: Remodeling by Classic Homes gave me a whole new kitchen. He arranged to have an energy audit then did the necessary changes like replacing all of the first floor windows and doors.
