Description of Work: We had just put our house on the market and the yard was really overgrown. I called Ramirez Landscaping and he came out the next day to assess the job and was back early the next day with workers. We have three tiers of landscaping on the front and a very slanted hill in the back which had not been maintained since we built the house seven years ago. All of the yard was in need of weeding and trimming as well as cleaning out flower beds. They cleaned all the areas up in one day and returned the following day to spread barkdust. We were very pleased with the quick response and the great job they did. Very strong work ethic and professional to deal with. We would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Annual yard cleanup and bury a stump, with haul away of debris. I was pleased with the work so I hired them for regular yard maintenance. They offered to blow debris off the roof and out of the gutter.

Description of Work: Mr. Ramirez came to offer his estimate within an hour after our call. His $130 a month charge for maintaining our yard and lawns is $20 less than we were paying under our previous provider. Mr. Ramirez agreed to trimming trees and shrubs by had, rather than with a string trimmer as our prior provider insisted on using. Mr. Ramirez also pointed out some trimming that needed to be and could be done--in an area that our prior provider had ignored for a year. He also agreed to selecting a time for weekly yard work that fitted out schedule. Mr. Ramirez and his crew have only been here twice, but we are most pleased with their work.
