Jesus is fantastic. Our bedroom was hot and stuffy. He added an extra vent to our existing duct, saving us about $18,000 on an additional AC unit.

A kitchen cabinet remodel resulted in the range hood duct to break free up in the attic, which is about 12’ high. Too much for my comfort level to attempt at 70. I contacted Northwest Duct Services, and Jesus was quick to respond. Appt set up, and he was prompt. Jesus was awesome to deal with, and has an incredible work ethic and upbeat, wonderful attitude and customer service skills. But also, very fairly priced. He even got the new range hood installed and connected the ductwork. It’s rock solid and looks great. Can’t rave enough about how impressed and happy we were with this experience. We plan to have him return soon and inspect/clean all the heating/AC ducts in the house. One can not go wrong contacting this awesome well run service provider. THANK YOU, JESUS!! 5 stars here!!

Great communication, did a good job, friendly and professional, and the price was very reasonable.

They were very clean and organized. They explained what they were going to do. Also asked me if I had any questions. I had used them in the pass so I knew what to expect.

I'd been having trouble with a dryer that kept stopping with a message to check the vent - and because I'd "fixed" it a few times myself, I knew it was time for new ducting and a clean out. I've got a stacking unit in a tight closet that is in a narrow hall. A tough situation to access. Jesus was fantastic! He got the work done quickly and cleanly and had no problem handling the tight quarters in which the work needed to be handled. I was pleasantly surprised by the price - less than I expected. A really good value. Will definitely re-hire for ducting in the future.

He is extremely thorough, and when he finished his work, he explained everything he did in detail and showed us the amount of dust, etc. he removed from our ducts. He also let us know he was confident we had no leaks in our ducting. We give NW Duct Services our highest recommendation. Jesus is competitive in his pricing, and he is very trustworthy! We will hire him for our next duct cleaning service.

This was to clean the air ducts and dryer vent. The guy who came out was very nice and professional. He was willing to answer any question about the service that we had. He wore protective shoe coverings inside. He was careful not to leave our front door wide open and put his bag in front of the door so my cats wouldnâ t get out. The air quality inside is much better now! The only complaint was that some paint chipped off around a few of the vents and I had to clean that up. I recommend this company and will use them again,

I'm getting a new furnace installed next week and I wanted to have my ducts and vents cleaned in preparation. Jesus did a fantastic job cleaning out everything that needed to be done. He was conscious of my pets and worked around them without issue. While he was cleaning, he explained what he was doing and why, even providing me advice for future care. I will definitely be calling Northwest Duct Services back in the future should I need anything.

I had NW come out and clean my ductwork. Jesus showed me that the plenum was rusted out when he opened it up. After he finished the duct cleaning he had another appointment and he said he would be back after it was done. Jesus came back and rebuilt the plenum. He then noted that two ducts had low air pressure. He went into the crawl space to check. He brought up pictures of two ducts that were partially disconnected and went back down and fixed them. Jesus basically repaired my whole heating system. Totally awesome job.

I needed my dryer vent/duct cleaned urgently before installation of a new dryer. Northwest Duct Services came out on the same day I called - a Sunday! They did an excellent job on a duct that should have been cleaned several years ago.

Jesus did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts! He gave us a full report when he was finished which included an explanation of all the work he did, showing us what came out of our ducts, and letting us know he was confident we had no leaks. They were here to clean furnace ducts and dryer vent. The work was done in a very professional manner. When they were finished, they double checked that all the vent covers were on and there was no mess left. Would recommend them to anyone who needs this work done.
