We are out of state currently, so I can not address punctuality (although I have no reason to doubt that they were punctual.) They were great about getting a quick bid, communicating with us and working with our realtor. Our home looks great. We are very happy with the services they provided.

They were prompt and very professional. Discovered a couple of issues when they were working on the house, came to me and we discussed what to do. Didn't just go ahead and continue without consultation. The work was done well and on time.

This was a big job that called for pressure-washing the entire house, along with a pergola in the back yard, driveway and sidewalks, as well as washing all of the windows inside and out. We could not have been more pleased! Julie and her crew showed up on time and stayed at it until the job was done. They were pleasant and professional and their work was meticulous and thorough. Frankly, it actually exceeded our expectations! Fly By Might is not the cheapest power-washing firm, but you get what you pay for. We will happily hire them again in the future and, with no hesitation, recommend them to others.

Julie, the owner, showed up with very little notice to give me a super fast estimate on my job when I told her I was in a rush because I am selling my home soon. She seemed really eager for my business and went out of her way to make the whole process really fast and painless. She was obviously motivated to do a really top-notch job and even suggested several "curb appeal" items which made a big difference in the end. The estimate she gave me was really great. Two workers spent a lot of hours on the job over the course of two days, sometimes in what I would normally consider after hours. Given that, I feel more than satisfied with the value of service for the cost. I would highly recommend this high-energy, upbeat, hard-working, flexible, and fairly priced company.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent! I was greeted on the phone courteously by a real person (Mel). I didn't have to leave a voice mail or wait for a return call, and was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate right then. That afternoon, Germain arrived to complete the estimate. He was very professional, & knowledgeable. The estimate was emailed after he returned to the office, and the next day, we scheduled a date to do the work. Their price included a "Senior" discount, as well as a special "Month of March" discount, which was very nice, as many companies don't combine discounts. They were able to schedule the work for the next day, and completed the work today (2 days of hard, thorough & beautiful work ... our house looks great!!). They cleaned up when done,,and left nothing behind to be picked up by us :-) We were very happy with this company & the people with whom we had contact . We would recommend them & use them again.

they came when they said they would, though a little late in the day to complete the job in one day. Had to wait another week or so to get it finished. Good job overall, though.

Two nice young men showed up on time, were good workers and were considerate of our home and flowers. They did a very good job and I would definitely use this company again.

They just did a very good job. If you've got a problem, they will come back. If they're gonna be late, they call. They always verify that they are gonna be there at such and such a day. They clean up after themselves and they are just very good.

The 2 employees showed up at scheduled time and worked continuously until job was finished. They worked very, very hard at removing all moss and were very conscientious about there job and not making a big mess. We had plenty of moss up there and now our roof looks almost new. When they finished they washed down all windows and house and cleaned up all debris. Very pleased with them. They also cleaned my windows a few months ago and did an excellent job.

We have used Fly by Might for 4 or 5 years and they have always done an excellent job. They are extremely responsive when you call and they make you feel like you are part of the family.

They haven’t billed me yet. They were very good about keeping track of what the product was. I had this work done 3 year ago as well and it lasted really well. They did a nice job, but I don’t know if they did it or someone else. I spent about $350 on that service, but this time it was a little more because I had all the railings done. They were all ready to stain and the stain was in the bucket and everything, but I asked them if they checked the latest weather. They went online and checked and then said that it was supposed to rain sometime after midnight, so they canceled doing the work. They cleaned everything up and left and waited until the weather report was good for at least 24 hours. I thought that their pricing was good for what they did. They were a little messier this time because I found a few drops of stain on my concrete.
