The first cleaning went OK and we were promised that the in depth cleaning would continue on the next visit. The owner had to do the job herself that second time because their employee was ill. She did a basic cleaning and left, but considering that she was doing the work of 2 people, I tried to be understanding. The third and all consecutive cleanings since then have been less than ideal. There seems to be little training for employees. When a new employee on their first day came with the owner, she was sent to do the bathrooms with no direction or supervision. Different areas were always missed or not done well and after a while that really builds up. When I complained to the owners, they said they would fix it at the next cleaning, which was two weeks away. Their website states that if any customer is ever dissatisfied with a cleaning they will come out the NEXT DAY to fix the problem. That did not happen. When the next cleaning finally came around, they sent an employee and a trainee to correct the errors and do the standard cleaning. In the stress of trying to get it all done and "make me happy" they did not complete the most important item on the complaint list because they said they didn't know what cleaner to use. They also completely forgot to clean our dining room. The employees made comments that were supposed to be funny, but instead were just unprofessional. In the span of 3 months we had 2 different "new" employees or trainees. It is my belief that the owners promise more than they can deliver and don't seem to have real training or understanding of the cleaning industry. The owner who does the estimates and contracts does none of the cleaning himself. The employees had a hard time knowing which cleaners to use or even how to properly do some jobs. There were always small things that didn't get cleaned even though they were obvious. Coffee rings on tables for example would be dusted, but not wiped off. Interior windows were NEVER cleaned even if a toddlers sticky finger prints were all over it, though the window sill would be dusted. A room was vacuumed, but the edging around the baseboard was ignored. They would do what was "on the list" and nothing else. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the owners, and have yet to hear back.
