Description of Work: The owner of the company, Justin Basinger, has listed on his business card "Honey Do's" in addtion to New Construction, Repairs, Remodels, Additions, Decks, and Fences. Based on the work he has done so far for me, I find him to be a "Senior Citizen" and " "Single Gals" answer to our nightmares of finding competent non-gauging help in meeting our home maintenance needs. My first experience was having him construct a 4 foot diameter concrete pad to hold a large fountain. He recommended a round pad to go with the large round bowl of the fountain instead of a square pad that I was originally visualizing. It turned out to be a real asset to my fountain which he did on a weekend to meet my immediate need. I then explained to him that two landscape companies had told me that the only solution to my leaking concrete pond was to add a rubber matt over the concrete structure. Justin was aware of a product whereby he could indeed repair the concrete bowl which he did having it repaired and up and running in 3 days. This project included repairing the tubing for the waterfall off of existing rocks. He also removed a broken tile at my front door entry way and replaced it. Taking him for his word regarding the "Honey Dos", I asked about removing the moss on my roof and driveway which he did in 3 days following up with a roof treatment and repairing flashing on the roof. They also discovered that the roof was originally put on covering up two vents to one of the bedrooms which they will also repair. The prior owner of the home never disclosed this issue when I purchased the home. This company will be the ONLY folks I call first for future home repairs. Next year, I hope to be able to have them replace my concrete driveway and gutters.
