AIR TITE INSULATION CO

Description of Work: Jay's bid was almost half of others and he is a Ally Partner with Energy Trust of OR. His crew literally swarmed over my 1943 bungalow (that had NO insulation), under and throughout the house, with the owner, Jay Hallowell, in the attic. They insulated ceiling, exterior walls and underneath in the crawl space. They even put insulation between the finished attic ceiling and roof as well as the ceiling between the main floor and finished attic. They were careful with the ventilation grills and even added some to keep the airflow correct. They came when they were supposed to, checked the thickness of the walls to ascertain if they would withstand the pressure being blown in to the cavities, plugged the holes completely, replaced the cedar shingles and then, cleaned up after themselves. They were at the house two separate times due to construction restraints. After they finished, Jay went to his office 10 miles away, filled out the certificate for the Energy Trust Rebate and drove it back to me the same evening. My rebate is almost $1200.00. Hurray for Jay and his crew. I could not have asked for a better job.
