"Everything went very well. There was a slight hiccup with measurements or something, causing an adjustment in timeframe and material. It took a couple weeks longer than originally planned, waiting to see if the original hardwood flooring was still available, which it wasn't. It wasn't a huge deal, and I wasn't particular about what was used; just wanted a floor. Thankfully my husband was home when they came to do the job the first time and told them no, don't put anything down until you know there's enough to finish the job. Otherwise, they would have had to tear up what they put down and start over. Overall, I'm pleased with J&B and would hire them again."

I install showers, floors, backsplash and fireplaces. I also install heat systems and do shower pan repair. I have over 20 years of experience in residential tile installation.

Vince is also good about communicating different outcomes based on how we decided to have the tile laid out. One of the examples of this was our discussion about how a whole beveled edge tile would line up with a tile cut in half, because they are slightly different thicknesses.
