 + -1 moreComputer came back running faster without all the annoying pop ups. Along with the cleanup, Holly advised me on the methods I could use to try and prevent virus downloads in the first place. While she had my computer, she updated it to windows 10 and spent time explaining to me the differences between 10 and Windows 7. She also customized my desktop to look the same and helped me set up my gmail account.
