+ -1 moreI had a loose wire in my circuit breaker box causing a light to flicker and they fixed that. I tried to connect with them another time and after about 3 or 4 call I gave up. One time was good another not so much. We had just moved into an 11 year old house so I don't know if it was that way when I bought it. Service was good and they were punctual when they came out. The price was fine. After about 2 and a half weeks they finally called and said "well you can fix that yourself" so I hung up on them. I would not use them again. The first time they diagnosed the problem to be a loose wire in my circuit breaker box and they fixed it right away. He was fine, he was great. I had one very good experience and one very bad experience.

+ -1 moreSmooth. I called three different contractors. Gorge Electric was the only one that returned my call. Todd scheduled and came to review the project in a timely manner. The men doing the actual work called ahead of time to let me know time of arrival. They were quick, efficient, professional, and tidy.

Description of Work: I had installed a wall heater and floor heat, so they came out and made the actual electrical connections. About a year ago they had wired my hot tub and had done an excellent job. That job cost about $800.

Description of Work: I had flickering lights in several rooms of my house. The electrician went to the circuit breaker box and found a lose wire and tighten it. He checked all the other breakers in the box for lose wires. He was great to work with and I would have them again for any of my electrical needs.

+ -1 moreOverall I am very pleased with the prompt and professional manner with which Gorge Electric handled my electrical problem.
Description of Work: I flooded my first and second floors of my house and the water caused a service main to blow. I had two children and a wife waiting to eat dinner but we had no power to the house. This was after hours. 5:30 P.M. Owner Tod Clay answered the after-hours phone number and drove over to my house immediately. The main breaker in my house was unusual and Tod did not have one on his truck however he was able to engineer a "work around" solution until he was able to locate the part he needed to fix the problem. I had power to the house within 30 minutes. Both Tod and his co-workers were courteous and professional. I will recommend Gorge Electric and use them in the future. Even though this was an after hours call, the billing rate was reasonable.
