+ -1 morePoorly! He underbid the job to get the bid and then changed the itemization of the bid. He did NOT communicate, return my phone calls, or even complete the job as planned in a timely manner. It took almost eight months to complete the job and I had to pay extra to get the fence installed. Then, he took me to small claims court as he is in financial trouble.
Description of Work: Construction of a patio with stone columns and a metal fence. Also, constriction of a stone mailbox.
