pressure washing
+ -1 moreUpon my initial contact, Robert Shook provided me with a timely adjusted , answered all of my questions regarding preparation for the service and put me in touch with his accountant who setup payment arrangements and setup the service with me. On the day of my service, Rob Shook (owner's son), arrived promptly, was courteous, professional and completed the job to my satisfaction and even removed/put back some wind chiimes i had forgotten to take down while pressure washing so they wouldnt be damaged. I appreciated that. Upon completion, Rob asked me to survey his work and let him know if there was anything i thought was missed or needed more attention. (he did not just leave). I appreciated him checking in with me- Everything looked great! I will definitely contact them again next year and for other services.
Description of Work: The Shook Company provided me an estimate to pressure wash the front siding of my home to remove mold that had accumulated over the year. I let them know i didnt need the entire house done at the time of the call. I wasnt pressured for other services, which i appreciated also.
