We were able to solve one issue with a workaround, which is OK. We were never able to solve the second issue, and the bill was discounted to reflect this. Very fair. All work was completed remotely via a secure web connection.

Tom arrived at the exact scheduled time, installed the new equipment, he even left once to pick up an extension for one of our cables that would not reach. He then set up new company files for our business for scanning hard copies so that we can find our customers more efficiently. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing and training us how to use everything. The great thing about Tom is that he is only a phone call or email away, he takes great care of his customers at very reasonable rates.

Our old computer was acting up so I asked Tom to take a look at it for us. We had Tom do some minor repairs for us in the past. He evaluated our situation and he recommended that we consider getting a new computer. He gave us an estimate of cost and time it would take to get the job done. We did not pay Tom a dime until he had the new computer up and running in our home. He purchased it, transferred all our files, picked up the old computer and delivered the new computer, plus he added new fire walls as needed and anything else that he thought would be applicable to our use. His estimates were right on the money and the timing was great. Tom is our IT guy now, he was very professional, punctual, very dependable, friendly, NOT PUSHY, and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend Tom for any computer job, large or small, his knowledge in this field is extensive. He knows his stuff and doesn't seem to mind guiding the technically challenged!
