This company was such a pleasure to deal with. Rachael in the front office was very helpful. They were busy so I had to wait 3 weeks, but they were worth the wait. Ferando was on time and was very patient with my questions and he let me watch as he worked. He did a wonderful job.

Paul was able to schedule me in the next day after I called on a Saturday. He showed up in the window specified, diagnosed the problem right away, had the spare part on hand, and had it fixed really quickly! He had great attention to detail, even hand placing each of the embers that had been dislodged by previous services, cleaning the glass screen, and touching up the logs and black surfaces that had been discolored by use. He explained everything to me down to the importance of the embers. He removed his shoes upon entering, kept all the work surfaces clean and didn't leave a mess.

Paul responded when I inquired and then followed up the next day. He was able to do the work the same day and it did not take that long.
