 + -1 moreIt was easy to work with Scott and he did a very thorough job of inspecting our home. We followed along as he inspected and he was able to explain his findings and give us suggestions options to consider for each. He really took his time, answered all our questions, and sent us a very detailed report the next day.
Description of Work: Scott did a full inspection of the home we were purchasing including a Radon test.

 + -1 moreHe came when he said he would. He did a thorough inspection of the house including the attic and crawl space He took extensive pictures. He was timely in getting his report to Wells Fargo
Description of Work: He inspected my house for appraisal to be used by Wells Fargo Bank. I did not pay him, however he was punctual, professional and I would use him again

 + -1 moreBoth service and quality were fantastic on all levels: he was prompt with returning phone calls and arranging the inspection, he was able to book the inspection in a week's time, and he clearly demonstrated a very thorough knowledge of all areas required for a residential home inspection. He went above and beyond to get into difficult areas (such as the very, very high roof) and his help was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend his services.
Description of Work: Scott came to perform a home inspection for a new (2008), ~3800 sq ft house in Portland, Oregon. It was a basic home inspection for a home we were considering buying. The process took about 3.5 hours and covered the entire house from roof to foundation.
