They were close and knowledgeable. One of my locks was installed upside down, and you have to turn the key a certain way, and this was done when the house was built, so they had to do that. He knew right where to come. He is local so he knew the area. I thought the price was a little high. He was very fast in responding. He was very professional.

He met me at work and fixed the lock in the parking lot while I worked. He called me when he was done. He recommended new keys but said the old ones--though worn--could still work but would stress the lock. His proffesionalism convinced me to take advise. He did top notch work and I would recommend him again.

I inadvertently locked my keys in my car today, checked Angie's List, found Ray, and gave him a call within a 15 minute timespan this morning. In another 15 minutes, Ray had driven to my location and unlocked my car for me. He was extremely quick and easy to work with. I also noticed how incredibly clean and organized his mobile locksmith workshop was and appreciated his attention to discipline and detail. I would highly recommend Ray to anyone in the Hillsboro area who needs reliable and efficient locksmith services.

Tenant notified me of broken latch in door between house and garage, meaning they could not get the door open at all. It was Sunday and I was on the east coast. I used Angie's List to choose Ray's Mobile Locksmith, called him and he was there to take care of the problem within the hour, with no extra charge for it being Sunday. Kudos, Ray. Thanks for making me and my tenants happy.

I called Ray around 3pm and he agreed to come out right then! He asked how does 30 minutes sound? I said that would be great! Ray was friendly and professional. He re-keyed all my locks within 30 minutes, including the making of 3 new keys and charged a very reaaonable amount for all the work. Now I feel safe and secure again in my home, all due to Ray! Hire him, he's excellent!
