It went real well. They replaced the gutters and put in new studs.

They were prefect. They are very flexible with their schedule. He even came out on a Saturday to do more work. They were very efficient and quick with their quality of their work.

They were fair. They were reasonably prices for the gutter cleaning.

They did an excellent job on the power washing and sealing. They arrived on time. They were courteous and friendly.

we hired them to clean the exterior windows, clean the gutters, and refinish our deck(including power wash it, sand it, and seal it). It was a big expensive job. They made excuses and complaints most the way through but most of all I am extremely upset about our deck. They used a sprayer to apply the Thompsons water seal. They did not tell us this in advance. However they told me it would last 2-3 years. Then they used a sprayer and barely coated the deck. Anyone who knows how to seal wood well and to make it last knows you need to use a brush or roller to really get it into the wood. Within a month I am now down to bare wood on most of my deck. Now we are heading into the rainy season and not going to have good weather to redo something I shouldn't be having to redo. They did a cheap fast job for a lot of money. Very disappointing. I have used Thompsons water seal on our decks many times and it works well for years if you do it right. also the sprayer went everywhere and left a coating on my windows. I asked them to please come clean it off. They complained but I kept at it and they finally came. However they used something that scratched my glass. Now my windows and door are scratched. When I called them on it they made a horrific excuse saying my Mexican workers scratched it not them. What?! First of all I am appalled at the racism. Secondly, I do not have Mexican workers! They are the ones cleaning the glass. They themselves are I believe Russian. I am so appalled at this experience. I spent a lot of money and for nothing. I just had a baby and could not do this myself or I normally would have. It is very frustrating to not be able to hire someone to help in a time of need. I needed our deck in good clean safe shape for my toddler to play for summer and for her birthday party. It is really a shame they don't stand by their work. They were rude and didn't care about the finished product. I tried complaining and it did no good. I will never again give my credit card for part down to start work. Always wait until the job is complete and done satisfactory. Good companies should not have a problem with this. I felt for them saying that they have to ask for part to start the job bc they have people who don't pay. Now I know why. Those people don't want to pay for bad work they have to redo.on top of it all I accommodated all their requests. The lady they brought to come help them was constantly bugging me for something. She wanted me to fill her water bottles and to use our bathroom,etc. I do not like letting strangers in my home when I have small children. Then for her to be so rude afterwards. I am just so disappointed in this experience. I have found good people on angies list but not this time.

I used this company because I was so pleased with the quality of the pressure washing services received last year and with the promptness and professionalism of both the owner and staff. This year, I cut back on the scope of the pressure washing, omitting the cleaning of concrete surfaces, but added their window cleaning services. The pressure washing was up to par, but several days later, when we finally had a sunny day, I could see problems with the windows. One of the large windows had a lot of water spots on the panel with a screen, two had water run tracks, and two others had dirty water streaks on the surrounding woodwork. The crew also left the chairs helter-skelter, rather than pushing them back into place after cleaning the windows. I've had company and been travelling a lot since then, so have not had a chance to call the owner to discuss the problem. Bottom line is that I'd use them again for pressure washing, but not for windows.

I'd like to give them a really good grade, as they were prompt, reasonably priced, and hard-working. The bulk of the windows look amazing. Unfortunately, they did an unsatisfactory job on the small panes in my old windows. When the sun shines, it's apparent the small windows are smeared since the crew did not use dry enough rags and get into the corners adequately. Worse was the 2nd kitchen window. It was painted shut and they did not clean it since they could not remove the storms from inside, something I was not aware of until they were gone. There were some communication difficulties, as they were a Ukrainian couple with not so good English. I called the company and the owner said he would check with his crew and get back to me. He never did. So one filthy window remained for a long time as a reminder of how beautifully clean the other windows are! I finally just went ahead and did it myself.

I thought they did an excellent job. They were friendly, courteous and they were careful in the house. They were very nice.

They are very nice and respectful while they are in my home. I think it is a good value for what they do. They have always been very fair and reasonable and their prices are very competitive.

It was a very positive experience. The contractor was on site as promised and everybody did their job very well. The job was completed in good time, no lingering people around the house. It was quite a while since these services were performed by professionals and the results were great.

We saw this company was washing our neighbour's windows so we asked the owenr to give us an estimate. He suggested we not only wash our window, clean our gutter, but also pressure washing our roof and drive way and they would pressure wash, sand and stain our deck. he gave us a "good deal", $2000 something in totoal. We thought it was a good deal. They cleaned gutter, went well. they pressure washed our cedar roof, very bad idea... tiles started to crack not long after that and we had to replace quite some ($475 we paid a roofing company). they prressure washed our concrete driveway, another bad idea, cracks started to show only a few days after. they pressure washed whole house and cleaned windows, good idea and went ok. from my lesson, you should know that you are ok to get this company to clean your gutter and clean your window and maybe pressure wash your house but do not pressure wash your roof and you should use water hose and wash your drive way instead of having them to pressure wash.

Tad and his team are prompt and professional. I wouldn't trust another firm due to the size and complxity of the job. I was very satisfied and have used PerfectView many times. Bill

The fininished product was good. We had one gutter downspout that was plugged upon their departure and they failed to respond to repeated calls to return and unplug this downspout. Also, we had a neighbor complain that some of the roof overspray had soiled his yard and they failed to return to address this issue.

This company was great... their estimate for house painting was the lowest, although I decided to postpone that project until next year. They offered great discounts for bundeling services. The estimate, Tad, was super nice, and arrived withing a couple of days of my initial call. He also did great-follow-up, to make sure I was happy with the work performed by their workers. The gentleman who did the pressure washing did a super job... the decks and concrete surfaces have never looked so good, in the 11 years that I've lived here. The results were far superior to previous pressure washings done by top-rated handymen. I definitely plan to use this company for future projects.

He seemed pretty professional and polite. He seemed like he could do his job and was pretty thorough. I couldn't get a hold of them on the phone at the time, so I emailed them and they responded to me the next day. I had forgotten that I had even emailed them because I don't normally email a company, but Angie's List had it really easy where you could email them. They responded to that the very next day and we set up an appointment. The response was very quick in regards to getting back to me and setting up a time to come out, so I was impressed with them because I'm quite a distance away.

Terrible. Scope of work should have included "full service window cleaning" (per their advertisement); wash windows outside, clean window frames, wash screens, wash outside sills and screen tracks. Paid extra to have a clogged gutter cleaned and flushed, and for washing of interior chandelier. Actual work done was mostly limited to washing outside windows. Screens wiped with rag, as were window frames (not washed). Sills and tracks left dirty. Some debris in gutter scooped out by hand (no flush) but lots remains, chandelier (large glass "birdcage" with 12 interior lamp bulbs) wiped down with dry rag on exterior, not washed. 3-person crew evidently spoke little English. Contacted rep (Tad Mglej) with complaints, and was totally rebuffed. We're stuck with a third-class job.
